Ive gone here with the family many times before the ice cream is good. Today I decided to go with my children instead of Carvel, and I was amazed twice with the questions that the young lady asked me and what I received. She asked If I wanted a large or a small ice cream cone ?? I have never been asked that before. I thought if you are paying for ice cream cone you get one with a nice size swirl well it was not! It was more like a scoop. So when I got the other two I made sure I told her large. So I asked for a vanilla milk shake I was asked if I wanted it with soft or hard ice cream (Ive never had that question asked in an ice cream parlor but hey ) I said soft and I asked for a small. When I received the milkshake it was more like a mini size literally a child size cup so 3 chocolate waffle Ice cream cones and a small/ mini size vanilla milk shake $15 and change....hmmm next time I will stick to what I know & I will go to Carvel.

Horrible customer service. I dont mind paying for the overpriced ice cream because it is very good. However after my last visit I will not return. My small child needed to use the restroom and instead of just letting her use the one the employees use she was given the option of holding it or using a disgusting Porta potty. Never again will I get my ice cream from this establishment

Good service great employees, but other customers are theifts my wife left her purse which someone returned thanks but no thanks because they stole her cash out of her purse. I came back to get it within 5 mins just shows you how others can be but the service from employess was stupenious!!!

Been going here for over 20 years. Like the icecream and store front and outside area. I do want to say the smurf icecream changed in flavor 3-5 years ago. Still good but perferred it before. Went from weekly stop down to 2-3x a year because of it.
