Delicious, made on premises, super super nice owner and staff! I go here a few times a week and I love it! It may be local, but has a jersey shore feel - a hidden gem right in South River! For those of you who knocked the owner and prices, there was a different owner a few years back. Go back now and you will not be disappointed.

I actually like this place a lot. Buried away in an area where I wouldnt expect to find an ice cream stand wide variety of ice creams and toppings and the only ice cream stand I ever found that has a drive-thru window. No indoor seating but tables and chairs outside for about 12 people

Tucked away in the Hurricane-Sandy ravaged hamlet of South River, this is the classic, traditional Jersey ice cream place that is a slice of Americana. Homemade, real ice cream, fresh tasty flavors, a wide variety and served with a big smile, what more do ya need!!

Do not order soft serve ice cream. The chocolate penutbuter is my go to choice at all ice cream locations. I was disappointed in this location. I will say the kids choice where much better ex: chocolate marshmallow.
