Absolutely terrible! This is probably the worst location I have ever been to. The staff is rude, and its filthy and disgusting inside. Stopped in for the lunch buffet, well before they were done, and there was practically no food out, and what was out was getting dried out and nasty the pasta looked as though it had been sitting all day. Breadsticks hard as a rock. Had to dig threw a stack of plates to find one that didnt have old stuck on food on it. This is by far the worst experience I have had at any pizza hut anywere, they couldnt even get out drinks right. It wasnt even busy!! Maybe 7 or 8 tables. Seems like this place needs a good make over and a whole new staff as it is all horrible. I will not be returning to this location ever! This place needs to be reported to corporate!

This was the grossest thing Ive ever eaten. We ordered there because of the 50% off online order. It was suppose to be a large, ended up being a medium and it was scheduled to be ready at 5pm with advance ordering at 2pm I assumed they would be prepared. When asked about the 50 % off they said 19.98 is 50% off. It was the most repulsive, rediculous experience ever. I certainly will NOT be a return customer. They should save some corporate money and shut down this location. Vinchenzos im coming back...sorry I tried something different and was disappointed. If I could give a 0 star for this experience I would. Im just not in love with burnt, over priced, nasty service from Pizza Hut Yuck ! February 2017 Buyers beware

7 year old amputated his finger in the bathroom door, everyone heard the screaming and saw the blood dripping from him finger as we rushed to get an ambulance and when asked for a first aid kit to stop the bleeding was handed some dirty napkins and pretty much told to get out of their restaurant for causing a scene. Son was supervised, and only happened because their bathroom doors have to be so heavy that he couldnt open it himself and didnt see his finger was in the hinge when it closed. Even a sorry or something would have been nice, with a 7 year old boy in shock with just losing his finger ya know.

We frequently order online for Carry Out. Almost every time theres an issue. Our order was wrong multiple times, wasnt ready at the given pick-up time, or just seems poorly made. It makes me upset because we love pizza hut! We have recently moved and the one by our old house was fantastic! Very disappointing.

Bruh these people made a mistake 3 times, almost charged us double if we didnt see it. They were showing attitude even though they made 3 big mistakes. On one of our pizzas they didnt put pineapple though they still refused to make another pizza. We had to wait there for one whole hour

Ugh. The pizza is, well, Pizza Hut quality. Our servers are typically pleasant. This time, however, the smell in the place was nearly unbearable. The carpet needs to be replaced or cleaned thoroughly. It smelled like a dirty apartment. Yes, Ive been in some dirty apartments.

Waited 45 minutes to order, waited 30 minutes for drinks, nearly an hour for a large pizza management did not want to hear or deal with complaints. Never go here.
