Worse location EVER!! I walk into what looked like a bunch of chaos. A guy looked right past me to the next customer and said cash only. So I approached the counter like I have cash as well I was first. So he couldnt understand my simple coffee order. It was a refill to my mug... French Vanilla regular coffee double double. He repeated it every way possible back to me, but I still needed 2 more coffees and donuts. He walked away to make the coffee put the lid on and said your good... and Ill be right back to the lady behind me. So im staring like..... and he says again, "your good, go ahead"... I replied thats crazy! Thanks for the free coffee I guess I have to take my bussiness elsewhere because my order wasnt done!! The free coffee isnt even correct smh this location is a joke!

Ordered two bagles, with veg cream cheese, wound up getting the thinnest layer of crumb and chicken filled vegetable cream cheese Ive ever had. Obviously they were too lazy to tell me they ran out or get a new batch out and gave me the disgusting scrapings on their what I can only assume is a filthy spatula which would explain how some one elses who knows how old left over chicken and crumbs got into my bagel. Ive worked in restaurants for about 10 years now including fast food this is absolutely ridiculous. How sad they cant even make a edible bagel.

Fruit fly infestation, I told the employee serving me regarding that. I told her there were fruitflies on the cinnabuns and all she said was, I know. My coffee had debree from unwashed pot or not-properly-washed pot and that upset my stomach. I left a review, all I got was ignorance. Thanks Tim Hortons.

I used to go every morning. They are now under new management and all employees quit. They barely ever get my order right. Drive thru is 100% slower than before. Walkin is the same. So slow. Would not recommend this location. Im glad there are so many other locations to choose

It was great to see Tim Hortons open during the recent snow storm! The staff have great customer service and I am addicted to the coffee. I get a "Ho" to-go whenever I am in the neighborhood...love my Tim Hortons.

Ordered toasted bagels. Must have been pretoasted because they were cold. Coffee cold. Love tim hortons but will never come to this one again
