I love their system of order at the counter, pay, and get a notification device with a number on it. Just find a table and wait impatiently for your number to be called and your device to light up and vibrate! The wait wasnt long on the Saturday afternoon I visited even though it was busy. While waiting on the line, I looked at the large menu posted on the wall and typed up my order on my phone. I was able to just read off my order to the cashier and it made for a swift transaction. The cashier even said, "That was easy!" She was happy. Crinkle cut fries: delicious! No other words needed. Chicken sandwich: Crispy, nice sized piece of chicken breast topped with shredded lettuce, pickles and sauce on a potato bun! Yum! Hot dog: For a 4 year old but I snuck a few bites, ok I ate half of it! Crispy, it had that perfect snap and flavor. So good! Golden pound cake shake: Not overly sweet, not too thick, it was just right! Dip your fries in it, I swear its good! I will be back. I want to try a different hot dog and order a burger (they all look delicious). And a special thank you to fellow Yelper Bill S who has posted a review, check ins, and pics that prompted my first ever (and not the last) visit to Shake Shack!!

Food: Amazing burgers as always and the lines are not long and crazy like the other locations in Manhattan. I always go with the Shackburger Double with bacon. Its always a perfect medium-well cooked burger on a potato bun that really helps the meat and cheese shine. I sometime like to go with the Smokeshack Double burger because it already has the bacon on it with chopped cherry peppers but the peppers are pickled and the vinegar acid from the peppers overwhelms the burger. The first few bytes are great but it doesnt take the same at the end. Brew: They have a ShackMeister Ale made just for them by Brooklyn Brewery. Its beautiful delicious American pale ale. Its crisp and bright on the palate, a perfect balance to complement the beef. If youre looking for something a bit bolder got to go with the Sixpoint Bengali. Its an IPA served in a can packed with a citrus deep nose punch that will make you go crazy. Its amazing! If you see this anywhere its with a try.

Shake Shack will always have my heart. I can go there just to have fries and a shake and Im a happy camper. If my stomach feels like it can take more I usually get the delightfully spicy and savory Smokeshake burger. My favorite shake is a mix of peanut butter and chocolate. I wish they came in bigger sizes because I could drink that for a meal. While the restaurant is stunning, I love the solar panels and the refurbished bowling lanes, it just feels too small. Finding a spot to sit during higher volume areas is difficult. You gotta be quick. Due to this it is a great spot for the summer, where theres extra seating outside.

I dont see the hype about this place. I love how reviews say that its real grass fed meat like you can taste the difference. The chicken sandwich is probably the best thing they sell but it is very small and not very filling at all. For $12 for a chicken sandwich and what they call the westbury which was a really small portion of what they call a concrete which was horrible. They serve crinkle cut fries just like they did back in high school. I have tried this place twice and this will be my last time. Not worth it at all in my opinion.

Love me some shake shack! When it comes to fast food, shake shack is my absolute favorite. Its fresh fast and flavorful! They move the lines at the Westbury location super quickly, which is great because the place is always packed. Everything including the bathrooms are amazingly clean and the staff is always friendly. The cheese sauce doesnt taste like a fake or processed cheese- it is a smooth velvety savory topping. I cant speak for the custard or shakes, Im not too much of a sweets gal- but everything else I vouch for.

Shake shack burgers are amazing, theres no denying that. But waiting for one can be torture. Fortunately, the lines at this location are much more reasonable than the touristy Shake Shacks in manahattan. That doesnt mean you still wont have to wait. Lines during prime lunch and dinner times exceed 10 minutes, and the wait for food after you order cab take up to an additional 20. Ive found the best time to come is later at night, 7:30/8:00 or even 8:30. A bit late for dinner but the place is quieter

Gourmet burger with fresh ingredient and fast service. Very busy during peak hours but parking is not a problem as long as youre willing to walk a bit. Indoor and outdoor seating area are both clean, though no shade or covering for the outdoor area. High chairs are available and ramp is smooth. Diaper changing table available in the restroom. I am so glad that I dont need to go to Manhatten just to eat their burger.

Just outside the mall this Shake Shack is much less crowded than the one in the city. Quick moving lines and plenty of seating both indoor and outdoor make this location one of my faves. The solar panels on the roof produce green energy to power the place and the cashier was very friendly when he took my order with a have a good day "bud" when done. Very shop is very clean and the crowd is typical islanders.

Waited 15 min for my food while there was a staff of 15 and only 4 other customers. The workers were fooling around. I saw one guy scratching his hair behind the counter and others hanging out and leaning on the garbage. The hot dog was good but the fries seemed like they were probably the frozen type. A little pricey for what it is. I might give them another chance if someone starts managing the place.

選擇不多,也很簡單,量不大但很大的飽足感.薯條澱粉很足,奶昔很甜....吃完後會感到體重會狂增.吃漢堡王比較沒罪惡感....當然二家用料不是一個等級的.

Came here on during a vacation, had their shack-cago dog and fries. Their fries were very good, some may find them salty but I liked it. The issue was that the hot dog was chewy and hard to bite through, tasted like a dog that was half microwaved. Most of the condiments werent looking the freshest. I ended up eating half of it cause it was that poor.

I was not impressed with the Shake Shack. I have eaten numerous times at the Shake Shack on Eighth Avenue in Manhattan. It has always been good. I tried the one in Garden City. I did not like it at all. The burger was too well done and cold. I asked for well done fries, they were cold and far from well done. I will not return. It was expensive.

Its Shake Shack- tasty burgers and crazy awesome shakes. Be warned, this location gets BUSY during the lunch/dinnertime hours. Im talking line out the door kind of busy. The wait is worth it (hope you have a jacket in the wintertime months). Staff is friendly and you get your food fairly quickly (under 10 minutes with a line out the door).

First off, this place is always crazy busy, the reason behind it? Not only is the food amazingly good, but the employees are the nicest people youll ever find. This one guy, George, really made me feel like he cared. Because of him I tried some sauce I had never heard of before and loved, and their specials which was insanely good!
