The Manager on duty today morning, Stephanie ( thats the name she told me) had an attitude and extremely rude. I had placed the order online but the order was not fulfilled properly. When I asked an employee at the counter for help, she did not understand it. The manager was standing right next to the employee but instead of helping she rolled her eyes and spoke out rudely and loudly. I am filing complaint with Panera Bread Head office. The staff at this location need training. They lack politeness needed to be in a service industry. In my opinion when the manager on duty is rude, most of the staff tends to be rude too. Im extremely disappointed.

Always a great choice for a soup & small sandwich combo & is more popular with women from what Ive noticed. I only wish they had just a little something more for when Im really hungry. I dont know if its just me or if other men feel that they leave a tad under satisfied with the portions . Otherwise this is a great establishment for a quick bite & soup combo. I would frequent Panera Bread so much more if they offered a heartier meal for myself.

Wasnt as good as other Panera Bread locations. They ran out of bread..? How?(Panera "Bread") Standing on line for 10 mins, with no one else waiting to be helped and i had to ask the cashier. Just rude! Menu is different from other locations Sandwiches are embarrassingly small for the price. How they have repeat customers is beyond me... Would not go back!

Went in for a quick" cup of coffee. Either someone is fibbing about the brew time written on the sign or its time to replace the carafes. Luke warm coffee-- the solution was to draw another cup from the same pot and microwave it while telling me it was from fresh a pot.

For the price of the chicken panini, they could definitely have put a little bit more chicken. Even if i combine the chicken in both halves, it is still lacking substance as half of a sandwich. Or they can use thinner bread...

This Panera has a great design and is large, but overall the service is poor. Very often the food takes a very long time to come out compared to other locations and sometimes they even run out of basic items, like bread!

Theyve been out of bread bowls every single time Ive been in there in the last month. The employees are always pleasant and apologetic but it is frustrating to say the least.
