This location is not friendly to pedestrians. I am staying at a hotel nearby and instead of drinking and driving I walked the two blocks over to grab three dozen (or more) tacos and thensome to hold over our wedding party til tomorrow. But no, only the drive thru was open, the staff refused to allow us to buy anything because we werent driving. There were no other cars around and the staff was so rude and they would not let us come in and purchase anything. The manager was even more rude. Thats fine, we walked next door and bought pizzas and spent our money elsewhere. To conclude, dont expect to buy anything after hours at Taco Hell without a car no matter how drunk you are or for whatever reason you cannot drive. Losers.

i saw the store was open till 2am，so i walked one block to store ，there were no cars no other ，the staff refused to allow me to buy anything just because i wasnt driving ，the staff was so rude and they would not let me come in and purchase anything ，so disappoint with such bad service and management ！so if someone get drunk ，if someone disability to drive，if someone like my son just 13dont have car ，someone poor cant pay for the car，someone like me house very close to the store ，we can“t order，what is the point you open till 2am

I been going to this Taco Bell for YEARS!! And theres always this old Man working there hes Completely rude everytime I go there or giving someone else a bad attitude. He Always gives me a hard time with my Order. I really dont recommend coming to this Taco Bell the one by new town road is Always polite and never gave me a hard time with my orders and I Always feel welcome and leave with a smile on how great Newtown road Taco Bell really is. Dont go to the Main Street one.

I just got home from picking up some food. The guy asked me what kind of sauce I wanted, I said mild, and he literally gave me everything but mild. The food was all cold, and I just opened up my smothered burrito to find a giant womens hair about 12 inches long in the container. I almost want to report this place but it seems pointless.

The food was fast and delicious. My only complaint was that instead of receiving a single taco like i said, i made the mistake of pointing to the menu picture of a taco filled box, so i recieved not one taco but several. Sadly i did not catch it before i paid for it, oh well. Next time i will make sure they understand what i want.
