The online ordering was quick, and easy. We picked up our order, which was also quick. We soon found out it was too good to be true. They got the orders all wrong. There was prosciutto on my vegetarian sandwich. I am a vegetarian. There was avocado on my daughters sandwich. Shes allergic to avocado. My sister ordered a hero bread, however she received ciabatta, which she hates. I wanted to return to the restaurant, but did not have time because we had to catch a flight. Most of the order was trashed. What a waste. First and last time ordering from here. Wish "no star" was an option.

Such a great La Bottega restaurant! Everything comes in a timely order and its run to perfection. The one in Mineola is terrible.
