Manager on duty named Dawn very rude. Ordered a large 1 topping pizza was charged $18.00 . Went to pick up and there was a coupon for same pizza plus breadsticks and soda for the same price. Manger said that was to bad and would not give other items. Asked for corporate phone # and she said it was on the back of the receipt. Which it was not so I had to go back in to get #. Such poor customer service that I will never order there again! Hopefully when I contact corporate they will re- train this incompetent manager!

For the third time in a month, There delivery driver "called off". Seriously, if you going to advertise delivery, then delivery. Worst experience I have had with a company that delivers. I love pizza hut but the Endicott one is the worst.

This Pizza Hut is the best!!! Great food great service. the cook thier on the weekend evenings really knows how to make a grade A pizza!! I would recommend this to everyone as their nunber one pizza choice for every occasion. =D

Shouldnt even be allowed to claim to have delivery. Often they say there is no driver or it will take 2 hours etc etc. The restaurant itself is filthy, one of those places where everthing is just kinda sticky.

This place fails hard, I call to order some pizza for delivery and I get told thier "delivery boy" is all booked for the day....Fail just plain fail.

Im not a big fan of Pizza Hut. But their thin crust pepperoni pizza is great! The bread sticks are good too.
