My friend went and ate on Saturday during the day, we had the most horrible service, the servers never asked if they can buss or take their plates, she just took them. My friend sat her gold teeth on the table ($400) and before they get to the car they notice its gone thinking she just forgot it on the table, she goes in and their table isnt bussed but all their other trash is there except the gold teeth. They told us theres no cameras to see if she stole it, the managers talked to us like trash, the cops said this is a "civil" matter. Talked to us like trash as well. They told my friend whose teeth they were that she has to look through the trash for them, MEANWHILE, SHE IS 7 AND A HALF months pregnant!! The waiters all started talking trash after two of my friends left while I was waiting for my food I ordered to take out since I met them there, and I asked nicely if they could not talk about the situation while Im standing here waiting for my food but the servers all continued to talk trash and, as I asked them nicely to stop again out of respect, the server with real streaks in her hair said "I dont care if you can hear me" I tell the female manager that situation and she said "well you got your food right? Then leave". Please this is horrible management and service. No respect for their customers. I have been going here since they opened and I have never experienced management treat a customer like crap. I pay for your services and THEY STILL TIPPED THE WAITRESS after they had already been complaining that the service was bad. I will always go to the Red Mill one from now on.

So normally I have had pretty good service here. Today we had the worst server by the name of Kristie. We told her we were waiting for a few friends to arrive and she pushed us to order before they came. So we ended up ordering appetizers whilst we waited. Note it was only 15 minutes since we arrived until our friends joined us so it wasnt too long a wait. She got an attitude with us and after she brought us our drinks and took our orders she did not come back to see if we needed refills. When the manager came out to see how we were doing we told her we needed refills, she went back in and told our server, who ended up bringing us two refills so she did not need to come back and check on us. After we got our food that other servers brought us, she came back ten minutes later with the checks even though we didnt ask for them and a few of us wanted to order a desert or more beers. She had already closed our tabs so we could not order anything else. I asked for a box as did two others, she only brought out one box. We felt that we were bothering her just asking her to do her job and I would understand if she was overly worked and had several tables but it was a Monday mid-day and the place was empty. I wont be returning and I will tell everyone else to go elsewhere.

the waitress we had did not have hardly any tables yet seemed to be very forgetful of ours. the chicken sandwich i had ordered was horrible. also very was upset with the manager and his treatment to myself and the 3 people I had with me. He could care less about anything. Every bws we have ever been to as been awesome, this one not at all. The manager also decided that his location was not going to give the military discount to active duty spouses. I AM SORRY, NO MY HUSBAND IS NOT WITH ME, HE IS CURRENTLY OUT OUT TO SEA...while other bws in both Charleston , SC and Chesapeake, VA had no issue at all giving us one. the manager here had absolutely no care in the world that two of our husbands were out to sea. . . Jerk--------------------------------------------UPDATE! We emailed the company on the issue we had and Im happy to report that their general manager contacted me and apologized for our experience at this location! He , unlike his store manager, was very nice and understanding. He is also going to correct the military discount for the active duty spouses as well. THANK YOU ! I bumped up a star .

Would have been a one except or server was giving an effort, so I gave an extra star. Use to love coming to this location. Unfortunately, this place has not only gone down hill, it has taken a deep dive off a cliff. Waited for for over 5 minutes to be greeted by the hostess, there were four available hostessses but more entertained talking to themselves and their team captain. Food was luke warm and cold. Team captain never left the take out counter as he was flirting with hostesses the whole time. Server was nice, bug over swamped with a 20 top table and was never able to give us attention or even ask how the food was until after it was eaten. The whole staff has changed and the total mentality of service seems to have changed too. Will not go back to this location and recommend the same to anyone else. Ill miss it. But at least theres one in strawbridge I can try as a backup. Hope they havent changed either.

Absolutely terrible. They were out of over half of the wing sauces on their menu as well as most of their appetizer selections. We ended up settling on the mozz sticks for an app, lo and behold they were out of marinara sauce!! As far as drinks were concerned, I ordered the mango lemonade, which had no flavor so I switched over to a water after the waitress inquiry. Regardless of the fact that I only took 2 sips of the lemonade it remained on the bill. Horrible customer service. The waitress, Summer, did an excellent job under the circumstances and tried to get the drink removed from our bill, but to no avail as the manager would not allow it. I would recommend to try one of the other BWW in the area.

This a horrhible place. The nachos my friends ordered had little toppings, was just chips the waitress said they weigh the toppings so we had to get the manager to fix this order. My wife and I eat chicken wings and they are good, but when we got home and my wife looked at her bank account she saw an extra 40 dollar charge. We are trying to call and fix but Im not getting through to the bar. So we have to drive down and get this corrected. The wait staff and kitchen staff are young and inexperence Bufflao Wild wings need to get people in there who can train their staff. I will not go there again AJ Gators is a much better place to go.

My gf and I and our friends went there for MNF, it took 25mins to get a table, our server; Leandra was absent minded, she sat at the table nxt to us hanging out with her friends while we waited for a carryout box... They had no ice cream, no coke, the grilled chix salad had no dressing, I got charged the wrong price for a drink that was suppose to be on special, got charged for a drink I didnt drink, my gf had to wait 15mins for sweet n low cuz they had no sweet tea... it was a desaster! And mind u, it was not that busy. We had to leave way earlier than scheduled.
