The food isnt worth it. It tastes like the burgers and fries they used to serve in high school. when I went, the shake machine was out of order, too. I went around the time they first opened, so its not like they shouldnt have been prepared. And the aesthetic...someone clearly thought looking cool was more important than functioning right. Because its a giant glass dome you stand in, you cant hear a thing, because everyone else waiting in there is talking and it echoes. I couldnt hear the employee over everyone else, and they didnt even get my order right. Theres nowhere to wait because of the size, so the inside is super cramped. There are at least 6 better burger places within walking distance of the place. I would recommend not even bothering. The only thing good is the price--they are low, but..thats because the food sucks and you dont get much at all.

Currently my favorite burger spot. Simple small patties on potato buns with lots of raw onions and pickles served from a small shack with a few diner stools inside and a couple standing tables outside. Very friendly staff always smiling and waving to customers serving a simple menu; burgers, dogs, sodas and shakes. They also have a viewing window so you can watch the burgers being made! And since some uptight reviewer had to mention the parking situation I believe its the contrary. The employees park facing Hempstead Tpke completely out of the way leaving ALL the spots in front of and around the shack open for customers. There are literally thousands of parking spots, how could someone complain about that?

I had a tough time deciding how many starts to give this place. 4 stars counting it as a fast food Burger place like McDonalds but its more of a 3 star place compared to places like burgerfi and shake shack. Nothing special, but its a pretty good Burger. Fries are pretty good. Shake was pretty good. Nothing to drive out of my way for, but good if you are nearby and want a quick cheap burger. Observation: Seems to me this place should be facing hempstead tpke. Instead, its facing the strip mall...with the back (no sign) facing the tpke. Weird...makes the place less noticeable.

They have been open for 2 weeks so I went in today. There sign says Burgers, Fries and shakes, well before I could even finish my order 30% of the order can not be filled, shake machine is out of service. That just gave me a bad impression of the place, so I left. At least the people that voted down Sonic at the same location will not have to worry about traffic congestion with this place. On a good note the place is very clean so I will try again someday if they are still there.

The food may be good but the employees and the owner park very inconsiderately. When I asked the Manger, he rudely defended this. He was also parked like this. If they cant be considerate in the parking lot, I do not have much faith that will be any nicer inside. It was a nice place. Not anymore. Every person that sees these people doing this think they are jerks. Guess what? Those jerks work at and run burger City. Me and my car club will stop meeting here immediately.

So much better than fast food burgers and just a quick to get. I personally am partial to either the double burger sandwich or the quarter pound sandwich, I like the extra meat because the potato bun is very hearty and the single burger can get lost. But everything on the burger just makes it great, crunchy pickles, sautéed onions and real cheese. Fries are good but I’d rather save the calories and get a couple of sandwiches because they are why I come here.

Ordered double cheeseburger, fries, strawberry shake, and a cup of water. Just under $10. Shake was like a thick soda right off the counter and was totally off. Had I taken a drink before I walked out, I would have returned it. The cup of water came in a plastic shot cup and the fries were pasty. Burger wasnt bad but you could have easily fit 4 in the packaging. Really small burger. Would be a waste of time to return.

For what this place is (Inexpensive burger place for take out) its quite good. The quarter pounder with cheese is what youd imagine a homemade McDonalds burger tastes like. The fries are coated nicely or double fried which was a nice touch. I wish they were salted better, which was my only criticism. This isnt health food, but if youre hungry for fast food, do yourself a favor and stop here instead.

Great value, fresh and fast. Burgers were great, on potato buns and had the old fashioned taste. Its one of those places you will crave on occasion. Knish was crisp on the outside and soft potato filling. The fries are standard, and onion rings werent bad, just nothing too special IMO. Next time youre craving smashburger or shake shack but dont want to spend the $$, try this place.

Burgers are pretty good I thought the bun was too big for the burger I recommend a thinner bun, but the meat was very tasty and good. Onion rings were ok, fries were better, shakes are good and the chicken sandwich was very good besides the bun! I would go back! Very clean very friendly service! Check it out and see for yourself.

First of all they only take cash. When I asked if I could run to atm while they makes my order they said no but then allowed another customer to do it. In a world when most people take some form of card the fact that they dont you should be bending over backwards to make up in every other area. Decent prices but wont be back!

Been here a few times and i loved the food and the prices are better. Patties are on the small side but they are delicious (but a double is only 4 bucks). Onion rings are on point and the fries are crunchy. Staff is friendly and energetic. Great place after a club or with friends on a nice night.

Excellent service as soon as you walk in your attended and greeted making you feel very comfortable and welcome food is excellent fries are the best other then that highly recommend this place to anyone that doesnt wanna put a dent in there wallet but wants great service and great food aswell

Amazing Burgers, fries and onion rings. great prices as well. I Live 34 minutes away, so worth it. So glad this place exists, could buy a good affordable burger without it being from some fast food place or an expensive restaurant .

Burger City, more like Burger Heaven!! The prices are very reasonable and your food comes out just as fast as any fast food chain (but tastes sooo much better!). Staff was super friendly too. Move over Shake Shack and BareBurger!

Absolutely love this place! Now that they have been open a month, everything is running perfectly. Weve gone back twice and had a great experience both times. Owner even gave us fries while we waited. Cant wait to go back.
