I Am the Resistance
Very similar in operation to Shake Shack and BurgerFi, but inferior to both. The location is well appointed and the staff was fine. While the burger meat itself was great, giving Shake Shack a run for its money, the quantity was small, the bun was soso and the fries were weak. As for value? Its not there. My family of 4 got a burger each, 3 orders of fries (one of each) , 2 self serve soft drinks and 2 shakes for the kids. The total was $54. The burger quality was superior, but 5 Guys isnt bad (much better fries!!!) and is easily cheaper. For $54, I expect a sit down meal with full wait service, not order at a counter. Since we live much closer to this location than either Shake Shack or BurgerFi and considering reputation, I was hopeful this would be a similar experience that would save me the trip to either. I was disappointed!

Was very displeased with the service. I heard about the smash and dash feature on the radio. I was able to enter my order online just fine. Under the special instructions section I specifically mentioned that I will be presenting a coupon for a free side (small fries please) upon arrival. They refused to accept the coupon once I arrived. It was just for a side of fries!!! Unfortunately, the employees dont go above and beyond for their guests. Not going to lie, even after being really upset, the burger was really good.

Ive always had a good experience with smashburger. But they really pissed me off tonight. My gf and I both created our own burgers, bought the extras that cost a dollar each, only to get home and everything we ordered wasnt on there. The place wasnt packed and I dont live close. I spent $20 on dinner for what?? Soggy fries, no cheese and a burnt burger. Thanks. I hope u ppl do the right thing..

Literally the most incompetent staff Ive ever seen in my life . Couldnt get the order right to save their lives (nor did they care). Unable to provide things on the menu an hour before they are set to close... there was a whole hour left I didnt undterstand this (too interested in getting out of there)? Owner should really reevaluate the staff because its definitely costing them money.

Burger was delicious...the fries however were the skinniest I have ever encountered. They were probably about half the size of a McDonalds french fry. Very unsatisfying as far as that goes. The bugger was delicious and there the only reason this got 4 stars from me.

Out of all the smash burgers Ive been too this one is the best one!!! I cant remember a time I came here and the food didnt taste like the very first time! They have a great staff as well, very well mannered and the food is mouthwatering =D

Great burgers and good service, also hosts gaming events in the back section weekly. Im not sure what dates those are but if youre lucky enough to catch some Smash tournament and a great burger itll be a great time.

Place was amazingly clean and the staff were friendly and nice. They pointed out what things not to order as my wife is allergic to gluten. The burgers were very good and the sweet potato fries were great.

This place is terrible. I come here 2 times a year and every time I do, I immediately regret it. The staff is horrible and yell at each other and very rude to customers. Not worth it. Go somewhere else.

Tried to call in a pick up order and was told that it had to be over $10 and I had to pay over the phone. Dont understand the rationale behind that rule, I just want my food ready when I get there.
