Bad Experience!!!!! We wanted to grab a bite to eat before a concert at Darien lake. We only stopped because of the great reviews on Google. It was not busy. A 15 minute wait before a waitress asked for a drink order should have sent a red flag. After our drinks showed up we put our order of appetizers to share in(Chicken tenders, French fries, and onion rings). We just wanted something quick. 45 minutes after we ordered, we were still waiting. We even asked for another round of drinks in that time and it took 20mins to get them. We sat 15 mins with empty glasses. We asked our waitress how much longer and she said they should be right out. It was clear that she must not of put our order in. Who needs 45+ minutes to make fried food? We had enough... put money on the table and proceeded to walk out. Our waitress saw us and rudely asked if she could help us. We said we waited long enough for our Appetizer food. She then proceeded to say that they are a small place and their food is homemade. who needs 45+ minuted to make "homemade" chicken tender, onion rings, and fries!!!???? We will not be back. We then had to buy the way overpriced food at the Darien Lake concert.

Most horrible dining experience. Our waitress never told us the nightly specials, we overheard another waitress after we ordered. Then our waitress is gossiping at another table, bad mouthing and cursing the restaurant. Waited an hour for a fish fry and it wasnt that busy. We paid for our drinks and left.

Potato chip beerbattered fish fry was awesome. Place was super crowded (Friday night during Lent, so not a surprise) so it took a while to get food, but staff was very friendly and attentive with refilling drinks etc. Lots of fun signs/decor all over the place.

Excellent place to go for great food, and fun! Be sure to meet the owners of My Saloon as they are the most wonderful people you would come across! The food is excellent and the atmosphere is great! Wonderful service and very, very fast! 5 stars in my book!!!!
