Not worth the price for medicore food and bad attitude from the help. The crab legs, though served cold, were top notch. But other than that, not a lot was memorable - at leadt not for a buffet in the $34 range (with tax and mandatory 15% tip). About my attitude complaint - 3 examples: 1) refusal to serve just duck with out the peeking duck fough wrap. 2) refusal to bring more duck at 9:15pm (cl iii sing is 10. 9:30 is the advertised "last call". 3) also at 9:15, asked for more steamed ribs. They told me to wait 25 mins. 15 mins later at 9:30, asked if they were ready. Was told "I thought you said you didnt want them. Sorry, kitchen now closed. Next time..." 4) unwilling to reveal special drinks. Drinks are included in the price. I first got a fiet coke. Then, seeing others with interesting drinks, asked what else they had. They said onky diet coke. I said, "no, I mean everything, not just diet. Any special drinks includef?" Waiter responded, "no. Just normal coke, other sodas, and tea.". Later after looking at their ad, for drinks, it says "tapioca series" "beer", "plumb wine", etc. So apparently, you have to know and specifically ask for these. Dont understand why they willnt volunteer this when asked. For this price, is it realky necessary for them to be that stingy? 1 thumb down on so-so food for the price. 2 thumbs down on the stingy lousy attitude. :-(

This is the worst place to go to!!! The staff there are rude and cursed at their customers. I was there on Christmas Eve 12/24/2013 and while waiting at the lobby with many other people,a lady came and told the staff she had a reservation, the staff was rude to her even after the customer apologized for her being 10 min late. Then I overheard the customer told the staff this would be her last time eating there, the staff exact word to her was "Thats ok if you dont wanna come again, were fine with that!" WTF!! is that how customer service is nowadays. Even worst, the same staff was cursing at the customer in front of the lobby where all the customers was!!! I mean, that is like the most ridiculous thing Ive ever seen! After seeing what happened , I took my family and left, I would not recommend this place to anyone!! and that lady (the staff) should be fired after how she treated her customers). P/S: also before I left,I saw one of their employee that was preparing the food had dropped a piece of the food from the tray, but instead of throwing it out, that employee picked it back up and threw it back in the tray, HOW DISGUSTING!!!

I dont know why a lot of people write a bad review for this place. My son & I went today, 3/8/15, to try because weve been in Mizumi, Minado & Itzi Umi. So, I think for us, this is much better than the other 3. The foods are good. They have a lot of varieties. They have hibachi, roast duck with pita, cutting station, and even cotton candy on the spot right into your eyes! The oysters are huge and so fresh. One piece is equivalent to 3 pieces in Mizumi, and the crab legs are huge too and much better than Mizumi. We went there today, coz I thought they will not limit us to 1.5 hours dining, but it is also the same with Mizumi that limits you for 1.50 hours. But, you also got free orange juice (though, this is the only one that I will give a C-), but the free taro is good. We love this place, I recommend this, but the only cons is parking. Mizumi and Minado has ample of parking spots, this one, you are competing with other establishments in that area. So, be ready to wait to get a spot on weekends. We will definitely go back to this place. Also, I did not see that the workers are rude. They are helpful and courteous!

The food was mediocre and somehow disappointing. They put way too much salt to cover the stale taste of their crab. The only thing worth eating would be their semi-fresh sashimi. Their oysters were not very fresh and I want to remind you guys that this place had been shut down because of health code violation before. Personally I kind of like their water downed soda because that was relatively healthy. I would recommend all customers to bring their own napkins and cleansing wipes instead of asking the waitresses. They were extremely scary and rude. They gave us the check after one hour we got there. Then they kept coming to our table and expected us to pay and leave as soon as possible. Ive never experienced so much hatred in my life. Im fine with the 15% tip but I just felt like I wasnt being treated like a human being.

This is one of the best Asian Buffet, the prices and the food are great. There isnt much service but then again it is a buffet. The employees working behind the meat and the vegetable bar are always kind and attentive even when they get 5 to 10 orders. They dont ask for a tip but I personally think from all the employees they do deserve the tip because theyre standing there for hours making orders. The interiorn design is a combination of the modern Asian and the traditional Asian. I really like this place. The restrooms are always clean and the place is always neat. I love the different variety they have from sea food to vegetarian food. They have a little bit of everything and they replenished very often. This is really a great buffet to spend time with the family and friends doing something we all love, eating.

Best selection of any buffet in the Queens area. King crab legs, stone crab, fresh raw oysters and clams are the main seafood flagship items here. There are other unique dishes Ive not seen at other buffets, such as Peking duck (with scallions on bun), frog legs, snails/periwinkles, abalone, and mayonnaise shrimp and roti canai. Dessert selections are highlighted with a chocolate fountain, cotton candy, green tea ice cream, along with many Asian style cakes and fresh fruit. We came later on a weeknight (8pm) and food wasnt filled as frequently, but with the huge selection, there was still a lot to eat. Wait staff was helpful and not rude, but the place didnt look as clean as other buffets Ive been to. Paid 31.99/pp and 15% service charge is automatically added with tax on receipt. Pros outweigh the cons here.

We were there on a Saturday evening 03/25/2017. There is a very interesting selection of food, from Hibachi, to Peking duck, lobster, lamb chops. Our cost for two people with 15% service charge was $45 a person. I did not try the raw clams, oysters and raw sushi, because did not want to take a risk of getting sick from eating raw seafood. HOWEVER, there were PLENTY of cook foods to choose from which is the reason why I gave it 5 starts. In other words, there is always something for everyone. I will go there in the future. The best place since Harvest Buffet.

This place have the best interior decoration in $33 range. The food is better than most buffet and is very consistent. They gave me the check exactly at one hour and thirty minutes, but I did good 4 plates already and not sure how they make money at $33(thats $8.25 per plate). I see a lot of people complaints about there servants but these are hard work people focusing on getting work done at a fix rate so dont expecting them doing any ass kissing. If you looking for a seafood buffet for only $33 to gain few pounds than this is a perfect place. I recommend.
