Wish I could rate it lower. I ordered food and waited over 35 minutes for them to make fresh. Then the manager took the food from the girl I ordered from and then didnt have the nerve to come up and tell me. She made the girl come up and tell me....saying she was sorry and that she tried to tell her that it was for me, yet she still stole it from her. When I spoke to the manager, her response...."so, what do you want me to do?" I got a refund and as I was leaving, the manager had to get in the last word by yelling at me as I was leaving....I came back and she walked to the back of the kitchen to hide. By yelling the stuff she did, she almost started a riot. I call the 800 line to let them know and I got a call back from the area manager who right away started to blame me....even though I patiently waited 35 minutes for something I was told would only take 17 minutes. During the same time, several other customers were shorted food after waiting forever for fresh food. Other customers left because the line wasnt moving.....and the whole time, the manager never got the counter girl any help. So, the area manager said she was going to write up the counter girl for messing up....when I tried to explain to her what went on, she kept talking over me and interrupting me. Its unfortunate that the store itself has poor management, but when you talk to the area manager, you can understand where they get it from. If I was the franchise owner, I would certainly be looking at my management and see why service and sales are off.

First off when I pulled in to order I could barely hear the woman speak I had to ask her what she said more times than needed. Second after I waited for fifteen or twenty minutes in the drive thru, I get up there and the woman in the window was in no hurry to take our payment nor get our food to us instead she wanted to stop and talk to everyone who walked by. Third they didnt even get our order right and almost forgot to give us the other half of our food so no I rate this place very inconvenient slow and disorganized

Horrible food for some reason the mac and cheese had sugar in it and was disgusting!!! When i asked the worker why was there sugar in the mac and cheese she ignores me and continues to put more out on the buffet my kids woulnt even Eat it and its normally there favorite at other KFC will not be back also the biscuits could break ur teeth they were so hard!

Hard biscuits, cobbler crust not cooked completely, mashed potatoes thick and falling apart and kind of a yellowish color. The place was clean but it seems the buffet is always lacking. My husband loves KFC so we figured we would give it another try, after a bad experience a few months ago. This will probably be our last time here.

DISGUSTING! If I could give less than 1 star I would. The girl working the drive through here was extremely rude, and I waited almost 45 minutes for my food and then received the wrong order. Do not waste your time or money here, there is a Zaxbys chicken less than 2 miles from this location, go there!!!!

BEST KFC EVER TASTED 10:30AM ! I would recommend. The chicken was crispy soft brown crust,mashed potatoes hot simmering gravity, biscuit soft firm lightly buttery doesnt crumble, fountain soda, yummy chocolate chip cookie. Buffet is huge selection of foods. Clean and large place. Staff polite .

Gave me the wrong order. My friend found a grey hair in his food. I watched a crew member blow her nose and not wash her hands. The biscuits werent warm at all. The macaroni and cheese was watery. Nastiest KFC I have ever been to.
