Went there last night at 7:35, its advertised online and on the door they close at 10:00, ordered the buffet for 2 adults 2 kids. They barely had any chicken left and what they did have was so dried up it was like rubber went back to the counter at about 7:50 to order a separate order of chicken legs stood at the counter for 10 mins before someone came up to say we are closed now.......????? Also as I was walking through the buffet saw one of the employees putting biscuits in the pan no gloves no hair net or anything.!! Now weve been there at lunch time and it was great but last night was uncalled for!!! Highly suggest go across the street to bojangles!!

The "store manager" Alana or something along those lines is an absolute joke. She must be incredibly proud that shes a manager at a fast joint that lacks the ability to understand no mayonnaise on my sandwhich. I originally called to request a refund because go figure my order was wrong, I simply asked her name and she at first refused to give it to me, basically she was incredibly rude and lacks everything a store manager should have. But thats ok, I do plan to go back after work to receive a refund and I will NOT be back to this location.

The store has gone through a recent mangement change, but is finally coming together. The managers are running a tight ship, and the crew members are making the effort to work at 110% every day. Friendly customer service, fresh food, and a hightlighting feature of very fast service. Anytime anyones in Vinton and has a craving for chicken, of any variety, and is looking foward to a down to earth high pace resturant, stop through and check out the resturant.

Very hit and miss at this KFC in Vinton. Been here several times. My wife doesnt eat KFC but I love it so I often come by my lonesome. On my last visit the cashier told me "you cant have that big of an order on drive through, you have to come inside." I have never been told that in all my days of going to KFC. I ordered 4 bucket meals for a function I was going to. I didnt know there was a limit to what you could order on drive through.

They need to figure out that they need to have food prepared at dinner time. Have been here multiple times recently when customers have been standing around waiting for food to be prepared for the buffet. Frustrating!

Usually I like this KFC but today I found a dark curly black hair in my mashed potatoes. It was disgusting. I have light brown hair myself so the hair I found in my mashed potatoes could not have possibly been mine.

Have to give them 3 stars today. Most of the time Im there no complaints, today no ice tea, no tops for the cups and people were asking for chicken for the buffet. Customer service was great. Friendly and courteous.

Got ignored while waiting in line to order . Ordered a pot pie and 2 kids buffet food on buffet was old bread was rock hard chicken looked like it had been there for hours and pot pie was so nasty you couldnt eat it
