Disgusting food, terrible service. First, we were ignored while we waited to be seated, even though there was a guy at the host counter and 3 or 4 servers walked right past us, even looked at us! Second, when we tried to go get our first plate of food, another server came out of nowhere and decided to start vacuuming under and around our booth so we couldnt get out or even move. Third, their oysters smelled AWFUL. Food poisoning waiting to happen. The sushi was warm and soaking wet... really, really wierd... I tried to eat one but it was disgusting. The sushi was the whole reason we picked this "restaraunt," what a letdown. Fourth, we obviously tried the buffet too. Awful. The food was all cold except for the sauces, which were blistering hot. The majority of the stuff was dried up and old, mislabeled, or just wrong tasting. I dont know how to describe the tastes, but it was gross. Fifth, it was $30 fricking dollars for such a disgusting meal for just the two of us!!! $30?! I dont know how they get anyone to pay. My boyfriend and I didnt want to make a scene, we told the waitress we were not happy with the meal but paid anyways. Then he accidentally signed the wrong line for his credit card and the waitress freaked out at him! I am beyond dissapointed. We used to love coming here when it first opened, but it has gone down hill horribly. We will not be coming back.

This has by far been our best selection of Chinese food in our area. However, when we went there for lunch yesterday I was NOT impressed. The food was cold, there was no more then 5 people in the restaurant and our server never cleared our table until we left. But yet stood in the corner staring us down the whole time. After about 15 minutes she came to our table took all the plates and gave us the check. (Ok no biggie) my kids are still eating and shes standing there like shes waiting for me to pay.. So I continued to talk with my family while she stood over us for about 1 minute. Then I told my kids to hurry up and finish there food. I put my the money on the little plate with the check, she took it and came right back. Continued to still stand there while I put my change away staring at me. Im now starting to get mad so I put all my money away and no tip. (As shes still standing there) after that she grabs our cups and walks away. That was just weird and HORRIBLE customer service.

Terrible Service. When my family and I walked in, he immediately asked us what we wanted to drink and rushed us. We hadnt even made it to the table and were being pressured into telling them what we wanted to drink. When I asked for a few more minutes, the server who seemed like the manager refused and never seemed to understand us or speak english. There were quite a few other problems such as disgusting bathrooms, disgusting floors with food everywhere, extremely rude employees and horrible food. When we received the bill, the waitresses rushed to see what we were writing as the tip. I personally think this is unacceptable when you are running a restaurant. We felt pressured into tipping generously and overall were harassed. I highly recommend NOT dining here. You will regret coming here.

Horrible service! We stood waiting to be seated for almost 10 minutes.no one acknowledged us.although about 4 different employees looked us right in the faces. We waited for another 15minutes for our drinks. Then were given plastic forks and spoons when clearly everyone else in the restaurant had regular silverware! I saw sliverware sitting on empty tables in prep for more customers so I took them the waitress saw me and asked what I was doing.she told me to tell my own waitress All employees there had a attitude except for one lady. When getting the money for the bill the lady stood there for about 1minute looking at us when she noticed there was no tip. Felt unwelcome there. Will never support this business again.

Have no complaint against the food...but, when the wait staff openly asks you for tips....not right! Especially when its a BUFFET....thats the whole idea people...we SERVE ourselves....tip for what?..watching u play on your cellphone in the corner? Or better yet...watching the only non Asian manager patting behinds of the female staff?? ANYONE who has ever worked in the industry would NEVER give this place the time of day AGAIN....They have a good thing going with both the variety and quality of their food but with the lack of both staff and management skills will be their undoing. Also funny that staff has noticeable trouble cashing a $50.00 bill...

I was eating lunch there the other day and had about a dozen maggots fall out of my crab legs as i was eating them. all they did was comp my meal, even though i was with 3 other people. They said it was that, or 20% off of our whole bill. it wasnt like there was a hair in my food or something, it was MAGGOTS. i feel that they should have handled it better instead of making us oay a $50 bill after we all stopped eating and almost got sick. We even kept everything real quiet for them and were very polite about the situation. I will never eat there again after this.

Why do I hate thee? Let me count the ways: Who doesnt have mixed vegetables during lunch? The tables are dirty. The manager treats his employees like garbage and is always yelling at the staff. Im also pretty sure he takes their tips but cannot confirm. I found a FOOT LONG black hair in my food. The waitress hacked up something from her throat and spit it into the garbage can behind us. The weekend prices are outrageous. $37 for 2 people at noon. The wait staff looks exhausted, always. They prepare food on the dining floor. Save your money. Go to southgate.

We loved this buffet. Much better than the other two buffets in the area and only a couple dollars more. The staff was nice. We had a party of 7 and even though they were busy they grabbed the empty plates off the tables pretty quickly. Saturday they have a seafood buffet that is very good but very busy. We went at 4 and the people right behind us had to wait. They do hibachi, you select what you want from the hibachi bar and the guy grills it up for you. Location/facility is cleaner than the other two buffets and definitely newer than one.

Will not go here much anymore if at all, was a good place up to a year ago but their food is very inconsistent now, sometimes its just plain gross and disgusting, who wants soggy or hard sugar rolls and Pizza that tastes disgusting? Not me and lately thats what it has been there, and its not only that food its almost all the food they have there, something has changed and its not for the better hopefully it will get better someday again but till then I will not be going here more than likely again.

Absolute joke!, Food was cold, soggy chicken, mislabled food, some of food was inedible(crab ragoon hard as a rock), spare ribs my dog wouldnt even eat. Wide variety of fruit, and desserts, but people come for the main food and it was horrendous. My son did enjoy a bowl of mint chip ice cream., Waitress hovered over me when she gave me bill, staring at me the whole time. Didnt hear one employee speak english, . If you choose to live in this country learn the damn language!. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!
