The new Canton pizza Hut is as bad as the old one...my wife wanted to check it out so we went inside and ordered..along with the rest of our order we ordered 10 breadsticks with light shakers (because shakers bother my throat) when she brought them over I told the waitress I had ordered light shakers she had the nerve to tell me its loose so shake it off the breadsticks..UNBELIVEABLE!. charged me for an Xtra sauce I hadnt even ordered..I had gotten silverware, soda to go boxes and anything else we needed..so my wife actually tipped me! That place is just a hole in the wall!! Go to sergies..always yummy and good service!!

The new Pizza Hut is terrible. The service was horrendous, they almost charged me twice for something they forgot to give me, they forgot to give me the dipping sauces with my sides, and they brought the wrong pizza to me. When I complained about the pizza being wrong, they brought me a new one but gave me dirty looks. I also found short beard-looking hair in my pizza! I was not impressed.

This Pizza Hut doesnt deserve the one star I am giving it. Really you walk in the door and there is a cooler full of bottled soda. However if you eat in they cant sell to you! Argued with the waitress who then got the manager! All I wanted was an ice cold bottle of Mountain Dew. Nope! Left and I will not be back! Ridiculous!

Ok food. Found black flakes in crust. Supreme was not cooked all the way. Wings were raw. Breads ticks tasted like soap. The manager with a bandage on his arm was a dick. Would not give me our money back. My kids could have gotten sick from the raw chicken. We will never eat at canton pizza hut again.

Called this location from Wisconsin and the Manager Tyler was very helpful. VERY helpful especially since the first delivery was denied at the residence. He very graciously reordered and had it delivered again. Will DEFINITELY call in another order to this location. Great Service & Food.

DONT GO TO THE NEW BUILDING. WENT TWICE BOTH TIMES PIZZAS WERE BURNED. SPECIAL ORDERED A PIZZA BUT I GUESS THE COOKS DONT LIKE MAKING SPECIAL ORDERS SO MADE IT THEIR WAY INSTEAD... SICK OF THIS CHAIN! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO SERGIES OR PIZZAHUT IN POTSDAM. YOUVE BEEN WARNED!

Worst experience I have ever had. Horrible service and to top it off the waitress crushed our to year olds hand in the door and didnt apologize or acknowledge it. First time I have ever stiffed a waitress in my life.
