BOOOOOOO!! Last evening we had a "girls night out" that we had been looking forward to for some time, made 7:30 res, walked up to the door and there was a "closed" sign. When we went in, there were people eating and the manager told us they "ran out of food". She made no attempt to reconcile after repeated requests to appease the situation and even admitted she never tried to call us to let us know before coming. Told us we had to call back during the week to talk to her. What a joke!! So unprofessional. The owners obviously dont care about customer satisfaction and see nothing wrong with people waiting over an hour for entrees or whether they have reservations. Food may be decent, but reputation should be worth more in my book!! Shame on them!

My wife and I had lunch there recently and it was the best Thai food we ever had. Every thing we had was incredibly crisp and fresh, with wonderful fresh spices and sauces made to perfection. Each bite was a treat to the taste buds. The plating and food presentation was pleasing to the eye, only to be topped by the spectacular and spot on service . This cuisine in NYC would be triple the cost. We cant wait to return for another delectable meal!

The food is great. The cost is reasonable. If you can make it there when theyre open. Went there 1 night with another couple and waited over an hour for appetizers. The waitress finally came out and said we dont have your appetizers. We got up and left. We went another time around 730 pm. As we walked in the waitress told us they were closing. Meanwhile there was a couple tables there still eating. It is apparent the owner has no management skills.

My boyfriend and I go there every week and the thai is so good and everything is so fresh. You may have to wait a bit but the food is definitely worth the wait. The people are nice and now they have new servers so it is much easier to communicate now, since before the servers didnt know much english. The place has the BEST THAI food I have ever had. Clean and warm restaurant which is very quaint. You must go and dont forget to byob.

This place was so beautiful when we walked in, they didnt have a high chair, not even a booster seat. my toddler cant sit still. The hostess asked if we could bring in our car seat? What? Its too bad, I really wanted Thai that night too......

Love the food... soups are great, plentyful with lots of veggies... the curry is great... the Pad Thai is great, they dont skimp on anything. So great to have a place like this in the area. Keep up the good work.

Love the food, prices are great. Beautiful little restaurant in Newton, right on the square. Very nice. Friendly, good service. Funky little bathroom downstairs...always clean. Great portion sizes.

Food is great. Very small placr, but quaint. Could certainly use another waiter. Service was slow, due to only 1 waiter serving everyone on a Saturday night. Very friendly. Food gets 5 stars.

Waited for over an hour after placing our order. When asking where our appetizers were we were told that they had "Run out of food" - very very very poor service. We will never go back.

Went for a ladies night - food was DELICIOUS (and Ive had a lot of Thai before!) and it was great having BYO. I had Thai Green Curry and Satay for appetisers - Im licking my lips now!

Food is very good if they are open and dont run out of food. Waited about 2 hours for entrees the last time. Will never, ever go back. Pathetic customer service.

Okay, this place has really good food but the portion size is SUPER small and the prices are really high. Be prepared to be hungry after you eat your dinner!

Amazing pad Thai! Sometimes very slow service but we always enjoy ourselves. Byob makes it extremely affordable. Great good, just dont be in a rush.
