Siberia Copper

This is a unique Tim Hortons location, with an expanded selection of baked goods, most NHL themed. The restaurant itself is pretty neat too, however the service is careless and does not pay attention to customer orders, so theyre frequently wrong (consistent problem). The staff are also very chatty among each other which accentuates the problem of incorrect orders, and makes the workers slow. I also witnessed today, the worker who makes the sandwiches (around 1230pm) toss a large steel knife and almost cut his arm off on accident. Thankfully he did not, but the staff needs significantly better food prep & safety training. For what appears to be a flagship restaurant in the greater buffalo area, and for a restaurant in a high profile hotel complex, I expect considerably better.

I stopped in at this location on a Sunday around 1pm and it wasnt busy at all. I was able to get my order in about one minute and find a seat. It was appropriately named after Tim Horton who was a former Buffalo Sabre. I can imagine it getting very busy when events are taking place. The workers were very friendly.

Pretty good as chain coffee places go! Being right next to the Buffalo Blades there was plenty of Tim Horton trivia on the walls and ice hockey themed chairs to enjoy while drinking pretty mediocre coffee

Im a lover of Wawa coffee thru and thru, but I was extremely impressed with Tim Hortons. Great coffee and donuts. I look forward to trips to Buffalo just to get some great coffee from Tims.

They are usually quick and the store is always clean. Sometimes the Sunday people are a little less urgent but its a great coffee place for downtown weekend workers.

Coffee Latte was horrible, really weak and watery. Was told by the server they only use skimmed milk? Wont be going back.
