The coffee was good. The atmosphere was good. The low review is for the bad service. My sister and I were coming through town and went in for coffee. We went to the counter and was told to sit and the waiter would take our order. We sat at a table for 10 minutes when the waiter came over and ask if we were waiting for anything. We told him we wanted coffee and he said we had to order at the counter. When we went to the counter the lady, she seemed irritated. There seemed to be poor communication between the employees. Everyone else in the coffee shop was eating food and was served very well. It seemed like a bother to serve us coffee. If I pass through again, I probably wont stop in.

Great find. Ashley took great care of us. One of the best pancakes Ive ever had! Big, fluffy, crispy on the outside, with a nice touch of cinnamon. Egg sandwich on croissant also perfect, with a tomato slice and some mayo of course.

Regulars on Saturdays and always treated royally. Great breakfasts, great service, and great people. Love the breakfast sandwiches and eggs. Friends and family have really enjoyed the Yankee grits and pancakes. Highly recommended!

Rude "locals" telling you where you are and not allowed to sit, curt servers, and mediocre coffee. Not the kind of hospitality one expects in such a fine looking restaurant.
