I love Starbucks coffee but I am sipping a Pikes place now and eating a chesse danish I just purchased 15 minutes ago. While I love the coffees...all of them. I just vowed to NEVER again buy an item in the bakery case. The cheese danish is old. It is dry and not at all a pleasant experience. I also had the same experience at the Elmwood-Bidwell location on my past two visits when I bought multi-grain bagels. Everything is dry and apparently in the freezer for too long. The other minus is they do not have a toaster for a bagel. That always disappoints! So while the products look tempting the appearances fool you. So use caution when selecting Starbucks baked goods. As always though, you can never find an issue with the great staff

It took me a long time to visit Five Points *new* location, just a stones throw from its original spot. The building is beautiful. I arrived about 20 minutes before closing time on a recent Thursday night, so there was no cheese bread to be had. (It was being baked and would be ready the next day.) I picked up the last loaf of cinnamon raisin bread with walnuts and decided to gamble on something called apple cider bread. Best decision in recent memory. Check out this *new* (sorry) bread. Its incredible. Best bread in WNY. Why go anywhere else?

This place must be one of the fastest. Whether I use their app or stand in line, its always quick and everyone is pretty friendly. It can get a crazy in their parking lot being that its tiny but I just park on Delaware to evade that. Dont forget to pay for parking because enforcement lurks!

I order here basically everyday before work. I have only had my drink wrong 1x and he apologized and made it over with no probem. Even upgraded me from a medium to a large. They are always friendly and have a great attitude. The atmosphere is comforting and the patio is a nice addition.

Ive never been to a faster, better run Starbucks location. Watch out if youre driving here, the parking lot is small and there is no drive through and there is no limit to what people will do to get their coffee before you.
