Let me start by saying that this was one of my favorite places to eat but not after today. I went in during lunch with my boyfriend and it wasnt busy. The hostess greeted us and as we were walking to the table we say a waiter on his cell phone and I thought nothing of it because I figured he wasnt going to be my server. Well, I was wrong oh so very wrong and within the span of 30 minutes, I did not see him at all in fact he stepped outside to be on his cell phone. When we stepped up to the buffet all of the food was old and by old I mean hot food wasnt added and most of the pans were empty. When I looked around to find someone who worked there to ask if some of the food would be refreshed there was no servers in sight, no hostess, and no hibachi chef. I stood at the hibachi grill for 5 minutes before i decided it wasnt worth the wait because I had to go to work. This is the first time I had sub-par service and when I finally had enough and decided to leave the hostess popped up and I asked where the manager was and she said they had left. I paid for my meal but will be in contact with the management because it wasnt worth the amount I was charged. If I could give it a zero rating I would because this was terrible.

Service 2/5. Got sat down far in a corner, alone and strangely AWAY from everyone else for some reason. Gave an order of water and never saw my waitress or host again. Gave up expecting a refill and walked to the counter to check out without ever getting a bill. Quality 3/5. They try many different things (hibachi, sushi, american foods) which Im appreciative of. However they are severly understaffed and the food overcooks while on the buffet line to the point its no longer edible. Cleanliness 4/5. A couple plate had left over food particles on it. Price 3/5. For what youre getting...it could come down $2 easily. At $10.70 (no drink included) it just seems like too much for what they offer. I would come back.

They have pretty good food. Good crab rangoons, good bourbon chicken, a really good variety of things. However, dont bother coming if its within an hour of when they close. The food will be old and half of it missing. We went on a Tuesday and although their hours say theyre open until 10, we got there at 9:36 and no one would acknowledge me when I walked in. The floors were soaking wet and I slipped when I first stepped in. Why have hours of operation listed online and on your building but not adhere to them? We werent even going to stay. All we wanted to do was grab some takeout. Well definitely be looking for another Chinese buffet.

Unfresh food, unclean bathrooms, and horrible customer service make this a less than desirable place for a family dinner. We used to eat here quite often when they initially opened however, this restaurant has been on the decline as of late. During our most recent (and final) visit the manager (middle aged Asian w/ glasses) spoke to me rudely in front of my daughter for inquiring about fresh food. He treated my family as though we were not paying customers. In conclusion, I will not return and strongly recommend anyone looking for a good family restaurant to eat elsewhere.

Took a friend there who is a chef who about went green when I said I wanted to go to a buffet. But she said she really liked the place as she returned to the buffet for the third time. The buffet portion always has a staff member there to oversee the food items and assist patrons, the wait staff is prompt and polite, and the place is much cleaner than other buffets. Not to mention the food is good and varied. Good news for seniors - the discount starts at age 60, so a great place for shopping respite. Lunch is a real deal!

I went to jade buffet for the first time yesterday and trust and believe i will not ever go back. The service was awful, the food was cold & hard, and our waitress never asked about refilling our drinks. We had to call the waitress over to remove our dirty plates from the table after we made a 2nd trip to the buffet because they were still sitting there. It wasnt busy at all for any of this to be going on, there were only 3 tables of people in the whole restaurant.I honestly dont know how they stay in business

First off today is Easter Sunday 2016 and a fight broke out in the restaurant smh I was in there eating and reading the reviews and got the perfect example of what others was saying about the customer service and people that come there smh and then all they gave was a 10% off your total meal bigg deal I will not be eating there again even if someone else paying..... PSA: The fight was between a male employee and a female customer!!!

The worst Chinese Buffet Ive ever been to. These are the things you see at their dessert buffet. Dont go here! In reply to the "owner": FYI the manager walked right past me as I took the picture without hesitation. It is the managers and workers job to check the food not the customer. Oh, and you might want to reply to the person who said your restaurant has rotten bourbon chicken. Me or anyone I know will NOT be going there again.

Whatever you do, PLEASE DO NOT EAT FROM HERE. They falsely accuse people. A very close friend of mine was falsely accused of paying for an order with a counter fit from a 50 dollar bill but she clearly gave exact change for her order which was a 10 dollar bill 1 dollar bill and 2 quarters and yes she ordered carryout. They prosecute without question and clearly do not care about innocent loyal customers. THIS WAS YOUR WARNING!!!!

Its probably the only Chinese buffet around that serves brussel sprouts and steam cabbage. So there are some "healthy" options to all your buffet desire. The food reminds me of the Chinese food in the malls, seems like they simply made those buffet items now. Probably the crawfish is what made this place to another level on the "buffet" category rather than your regular Chinese food from the mall. I like it, all of it!

Had a lot of variety most definitely . The noodles/chowmein were delicious. Desserts all tasted the same to me. Very cost effective nevertheless. It would had helped if they had labeled their dishes and written ingredients especially for customers who have restricted food choices. I only eat fish ( or halal meat) so I was struggling to determine contents of certain stews where there was batter on vegetables or shrimps.

Went at 3:30 floors were covered with mud of of someones shoes. We saw that when we were seated. We went to buffet and came back to our table and someone else had our table. Food selection was limited and was not very good. Then someone started sweeping the floor, stirring up a damn dust cloud .I had to ask her to stop till we finished eating. I will never go back and suggest that no one else does either

The food was OK but I had to leave because everyone there was loud and obnoxious. I left food on my plate. The host offered nothing in the way except "Sorry.... that will be $22.50." The place was full of screaming children and parents that were even less well behaved. I have probably eaten there over 10 times but I cannot take deal with it any more. I will find somewhere else to go.
