I cant say enough great things about this place. Always meeting family and friends here. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Waitresses are super friendly. Food is consistently good! Breakfast, I recommend the #3 special or the country omlet. Lunch, I like the cheese burger deluxe, Ruben sandwich, or Chicken Souvlaki sub. I love the Friday fish fry for dinner, but come early if you want the lazy pierogi as one of the sides. Thats a hot item and they run out shortly after 6pm. Though I mentioned my favorites, everything on the menu is great. The dining room is nice and clean. They do have counter seating available. The free drink refills is awesome. On occasion I save room for their desserts which are good too. Cash only, but they do have an ATM so its never a problem if my wallet is empty when I get there. There are times they get busy like Sunday mornings or Friday night at prime dinner time. But dont let that discourage you because the wait usually isnt that long even if the front entry looks packed. Plus its well worth the wait, and you wont leave disappointed after your meal.

Its hard to beat this restaurant for home-style cooking, big portions and friendly service. The daily specials menu is larger than some restaurants full menus! Breakfast is served all day long and is a great value if youre looking to get you egg fix on. The Eggs Benedict special is a personal fave - just get there before 2pm so youre not disappointed. In the years Ive been coming here, Im hard-pressed to think of one sub-par meal. The only downside might be that it can get super-crowded on some days when the regulars are coming in for their favorite dishes. Dont give up, though - its really worth the wait for a table. One note of interest: as of this date, they only accept cash - debit and credit is not accepted - but they do have an on-site ATM if youre short of funds.

My family eat here regularly. The food is the best around and the staff is absolutely amazing! We always take family and friends here because everyone is so friendly and the food is so good. The prices are very reasonable. I always get either the gyro or chicken souvlaki salad. The price is perfect at $9.99 and i always take home leftovers. They are my favorite thing on the menu but they have something for everyone here. We usually try to get seated in Mels section because shes incredible. She always has a smile on her face and goes out of her way to help us. We have a one year old and everyone there talks to him and he loves the attention!

Worked here for a day until the manager Tom noticed that I was 6 months pregnant and gave me the boot. Really disappointed that they are like that there, and they did things I thought were gross like we had to pick the butter off someones dirty plate even if it was covered in food and put it in the bin to give to someone else. Gross. Coming from a person behind the counter, I wouldnt eat there.

I Love. They. Fish. Fries and and all this food is great there for good you dont pay a lot of money for the food that you get. everybody that took me there enjoys all the food theyve had fried shrimp and fries and meatloaf and mashed potatoes with gravy and they were big guys that came to eat and enjoyed everything that they got for a good price in love going there thank you

Had a really delicious breakfast two days in a row here. The staff was so friendly and my coffee was always topped off, who could ask for anything more. I was sold when i heard the waitresses talking to some of their regulars, just based off of what i heard it seems like they really care for their customers. This has become a new favorite breakfast spot for sure.

Friendly atmosphere. They serve right up to closing! None of this "we close in 15 min" stuff. Price for meals are fair. There a specials everyday. Staff is friendly and helpfull and pitch in to help each other right down to the cooks and busboys. I go there often. The only down side is cash only or use atm in entrance.

Food was great. We ordered breakfast to go and it was ready when we got there. They were in the middle of a Sunday morning rush but good was still great. Only downfall was the girl forgot utensils, condiments, and was circling around me confused with what to do with my order. Other than that, it was a great place

Great food, prices slowly rising.... Great place for breakfast, they purposely dont take cards so they only take cash, even after remodeling still only cash, they conveniently have an atm out front but still refuse to take cards so they can save money and claim less.....check out the hungry man breakfast!

Not bad, but could be better. The food can be hit or miss in terms of being cooked properly.....sometimes over done. They only serve one vegetable ever. Waitstaff is constantly changing. There are problems with the staff in terms of drug use while working and the owner doesnt care.

My first time to NY and Im hooked on this place! The food is amazing and the staff are very friendly. Apollos is definitely a place to stop by when your here. Ill be coming back to NY just to come here again! Im gonna miss great food like this when I go back home to Georgia!

Went to dinner with mom tonight ordered texas hots, fries with sauce, 40 minutes later still no food, needless to say we left. Apparently hot dogs were frozen, had to give 1 star otherwise tonight zero stars..
