Suzette was our server tonight and she went above and beyond what you would normally see these days. Every employee their was very nice and helpful. The food was delicious and so was the salad bar. Our server was on top of making sure our all u can eat shrimp kept coming at a fast rate. They remodeled since the last time we went and its very roomy and relaxed atmosphere. They start to get busy starting at 6pm for dinner rush. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good food for a fair price. We got 2 kids meals one stake and one hamburger and salad bar and Malibu chicken with unlimited salad bar and 8oz steak with unlimited fried shrimp for $48

Ordered salad bar... was ok at best. Husband ordered steak and bottomless shrimp from the manager and was brought steak and jumbo shrimp by the manager...husband asked for more shrimp and instead of just saying oops... was told he didnt order that. Lame. They did drop some more shrimp though. Could use some updating on the inside. Waitress was super attentive and nice. (Amelie)

Just finished the Mamagers Special: a 6-ounce steak and salad bar for 9.99. They certainly know how to cook tasty steaks, and the salad bar has lots of healthy foods. I particularly like the tomato basil soup. Their clam chowder is only so-so -- Mos clam chowder at the coast is far superior. Nice people... the checkin process could take lass time.

On 8/25/14 my wife and I ate at our usual favorite spot (Sizzler). This was our first bad experience at this Sizzler. They were out of wings, soup and spagetti and it seemed like they made little effort to produce these things in a timely manner.Finally gave up on waiting and ate less desireable items.

Server was lacking, had been in for 15 mins and we had to flag down another server, who said it wasnt her section but she would get ours. Salad bar was lacking, bowls for soup Mia, had to wait. Asked for extra napkins and got them at the end of the meal.

They did a new look and food is always great but now that they have a new look, just wish their waitress was better its longer to get bread and i dont like their new ways of doing things i like how we were served in drinks so now a 3 star

It didnt take long as people say I got my food within 10-15 minutes after sitting dow . The waitresses did an amazing job keeping up on ur food and drinks and they would go get us refiles on our drinks. I would defently cime back

We were greeted at registrar by the manager"Randy"very friendly and helpful. Our waitress Valorie was very friendly and prompt at getting what ever we needed. I would recommend Albany Sizzler to family and friends
