The only reason they will get this one star is because there isnt an option for zero stars!! I was in the neighborhood and decided to try this Mexican restaurant. First of all, the waitress was extremely rude when ordering. The food took about 45 minutes and we only had ordered tacos and a platter. My food comes and not only did they get my order wrong but when I asked about it they gave me some bs excuse ! I asked for 3 tacos of carnitas and they gave me 3 of buche and they said that theyre restaurant considers them the same ! I am Mexican and I know the difference! However, I did not make a fuss and just asked for my bill. When the bill came they added extra items to it! I asked her why they added these items so she took them off. When she brought my new bill she took of the the extra items but instead increased the price of my other platters so the bill still came out the same !!!! I asked for a manager and the manager told me that prices are subject to change. Ive never experienced such disrespect in a restaurant before. He ended up changing the price again but I will for sure never come back. This restaurant prefers to lose a valuable customer than lose $4. Dont come here unless you want bad customer service and be ripped off !!!

Lo peor que me pudo haber pasado ordenar la comida para mi fiesta pague demasiado para que me mandaran lo que ellos quisieran ,pedi mixiotes res y me mandaron de pollo y para variar no llevaron lo que habíamos acordado definitivamente no sirve a todo aquel que piense ordenar comida para fiesta en este restaurant de mierda piénselo dos veces para que no les pase lo que amo por que lo que hacen allí es basura y son unos desgraciados para estafar a la gente

Una mierda de restaurante cuando pides delivery siempre te hace falta o servilletas salsa picante o peor aún tenedores, querrán que uno coma con los dedos. Desafortunadamente tendré que dejar de ser cliente de este tal tulcingo

La comida es rica..pero una persona hace muchas funciones la mesera es tambien la cajera..la host...la bartender..todo! Y una persona que hace multiples funciones en algo falla...los tragos les quedan horrendos!

I just order food here and they took forever to bring my food. Im pregnant and us pregnant ladies cant be waiting so long to eat. When I got my food. my food was cold n taco de enchilada was cold too. Waiter didnt even bring me a Salasa I had to ask twice. I didnt enjoy my food. Poor service. The lady with the piercings on her lip seems to not understand.

The lady that always answers the phone is so rude and disgusting. Horrible place and over price for the type of food they serve . While they price everything like its a 5 star restaurant in reality its a place that should be shut down. So do yourself a favor and dont waste your time here.
