This is the second time Ive walked out without service. Today, I waited while someone was mixing a batch of lemonade (maybe) on the counter and never once turned around to say, "hello." In fact, no one did. Do Starbucks and Le Pain no longer have store managers? Or do they spend all of their time stuck in management meetings? Theyre certainly not watching their trash-covered stores and employees.

Cute little place. There are many of them scattered throughout NYC. This was an easy place to meet up with a friend visiting. We went for breakfast and they had a good variety for the health nut, the vegetarian, and the coffee junkie. The prices are a bit high for breakfast though

Hi, Ive visited this god forbidden place, the lady on the cashier is crazy, very very angry unhappy and unrespected to people, she was looking at me like I own her something and didnt give it back to her. Made me feel no good and put me on the bad mood today 08/21/2017

I started coming here because it was the only place to get organic coffee in the neighborhood. With Siggys closed, now its also the only organic restaurant in Brooklyn Heights. Perfect spot to work on your laptop, much cleaner/nicer experience than Starbucks.

Food was good, as is with all other LPQ locations in the city. The service was somewhat odd, however, when we asked for an americano and coffee to go, and the server came back milk and sugar included for both without having asked us prior for our preference.

The slowest service this side of the pond. Why doesnt management fix this? I general like the brand, but this location is awfully SLOW. All the customers are upset and fed up with the lack of personnel. Its almost comically how bad the service is.

Well, I think this place is way to expensive. It is a cool location, staff was friendly, but the price ist much to high for what you get. Im from Germany and we habe way over 300 different kinds of bread and this here ist ok but not special.

Some real french style croissant, great bakery ! The staff is really friendly. I even had a long talk with the manager (He is so tall you cant miss him) who was really helpful in finding out what I could do in NY. A French Tourist.

The latte is great, the food is very fresh and good, and the staff is friendly. I love the place. The one big drawback is that the service has gotten increasingly slow, and is now at a crawl. Be prepared for a long wait!!
