I was very pleased by lunch had here, I took a Baz and my wife a "Ladies" both special. The girls who welcomed us very young and funny. Water is free and if you end immediately get the girl to fill your glass! Fantastic bathroom, with the wallpaper. The place deserves!

This should be read with a significant caveat since I visited within the first 3 hours of its first day serving. For that reason I didnt even factor things like slow service and some trouble with their POS devices into my rating. However, in addition, I found my bagel sub-par. I ordered an everything bagel with the Nova and chive cream cheese to go. This ran me $5.44 after tax. The bagel itself was not good. The texture was very hard and seemed almost stale. The bottom side of the bagel especially was a very hard, rocky crust without much flavor. This was hard enough to scratch the roof of my mouth and make it hard to bite with my teeth. I think optimally a bagel should have a crisp skin and fluffy, chewy inside. This was hard throughout. The cream cheese was good. Well-flecked with lox and not pink goop like you might find elsewhere. The "everything" toppings on the bagel were a good blend of salty and flavorful at least. Hopefully this was an early miss for them and their baking will improve in freshness. Im willing to give them another shot.

For the second time - out of two visits, they messed up a single, simple bagel order. First, their onions bagels overpower all the other bagels. Second, I asked for butter on my bagel and did not receive that. Third, I asked specifically for strawberry jam and receive some jelly spread that doesnt resemble a strawberry or jam at all. Last, I order before four people, and they all received their sandwiches before I received my toasted bagel. I cannot comprehend that. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!!

This is a very good bagel, if only a bit pricey. The whole wheat everything was especially great, and they have a good selection of cream chesses and some other things. The bread itself was very good. But the price jump from about a dollar for a plain bagel to over five for cream cheese is brutal. What sort of cream cheese is this? Next time I´m gonna buy a plain one, and bring it home.

In addition to the food the staff are friendly and kind. If youre looking for a bagel and lox experience this is worth the trip. Plus, after breakfast, brunch, or lunch you can walk a few minutes away to any other eatery in the Downtown Chinatown area. Theyve got fresh baked goods on display and for consumption if you feeling like getting a NY bagel to take home.

They serve gluten free bagels, in both plain and everything flavours. Their texture is a little dense, and they are a bit small, even for a bagel, but the taste is spot-on! Cream cheese and lox were marvelous as well: slightly fishy and bringing back great memories of a salty ocean. Docking a star for the price, because I paid over $11 for it...

お店とスタッフさんの雰囲気もよくて、はじめにserveしてくれたコーヒーも美味しかったです。breakfast やbranchをshopping前に食べたいなら、sohoにも近いのでオススメです。

Ordered a pizza bagel that is described as having tomato, cheese and fresh Basil. Firstly it has tomato paste on the bottom so not ideal and a few hairs of shreaded basil... To top things off there were 5 customers and 5 people front of house allegedly serving but actually more interested in chatting to each other!

Toasted bagel was a too toasted, to the point of being dry. A little pricier pricier than I would have expected for what I got. Good service Edit: service was pleasant but I think they got my order wrong and I want awake enough to say anything. Ordered a dish with lox and got a side of bacon.

Great comfort food in a retro glamorous diner. Full on everything bagels with lox and cream cheese and fruit and pickles and coffee. Something of a tight fit on space, but helps with the inviting atmosphere and cordial service. Food was fresh and tasty.

Bagels are fine, but service was very poor. We watched our freshly toasted bagels get cold for 10 minutes as staff were simply unaware. This place seems to prioritize delivery and take away over sit down customers. Nothing special here.

Stumbled onto this place. quality food and service. The young man taking care of us was great and had that whole NY diner vibe about him. Prices seem a bit high... But hey... Its Manhattan I guess... Lol

We waited for an hour for our food - the Latkes came out cold, the French toast for $12 had no flavor and you got 2 which made it $6 a piece, my bacon never arrived and the coffee was acidic -

I go here everyday and cannot get enough! It is the cutest, friendliest, most delicious bagel spot in town. Do yourself a favor and try the tuna melt and pretty in pink sandwiches!

Uncomfortable small space to sit at counters, service is getting messy when there are more customers coming in. Food is good but pricey.

The sears are so narrow, and the staff has such a strange unattractive uniform.. the food was okay though, with big choice.

Great service, but the food is quite pricy and the coffee needs a step up.
