I must say, there are a lot of unhappy people that reviewed this place, so I felt compelled to write a review. Ive been ordering from Gone with the Wings for years, but not every day. I would say 1 time every 3 months. But I just ordered from them two nights ago and the guy on the phone was not rude at all. He wasnt the most chatty person I ever talked to, but he took my order, answered my couple questions, gave me the total and approx. time, and thats it. When the food was delivered, everything was nice and hot. For the 4 things I ordered (2 meals, 2 apps), it was on the money. This isnt a 5 star restaurant, dont get me wrong, but I feel its well above average. I LOVE their teriyaki sauce, its perfect. Their wings are great. Their ribs are great. I love their cheese fries. Their menu is extensive. Im quite happy with Gone with the Wings, so dont let anyone elses review persuade you to go somewhere else; try it for yourself and see if you like it.

yea, so i walked into this place thinking ok, let me see what all the talk is about..So i proceed with a very disturbing walk toward the cash register..I pick up the menu and found exactly what i wanted to gobble on back at my home base ( home ). So, i go to place the order, literally talking, and was told to step to the side because apparently, someone they knew walked in and so they had special passes and ordered before me...I was then told i could place my order after this weirdo placed his!! I was like "Hey, thats not very nice buddy, how would you like it if i farted on your cat!!" And walked out with a very grim strut i like to call the potato walk..bada bing, realest guys in the room!!

I was a big fan of this place for awhile now until I ordered a plain double cheese burger an one order of mozzarella sticks that came out to over $18 dollars. I have ordered this same meal before except I only had a single patty burger and it came out to less than $10 dollars. so I would like someone to explain to me how they can justify charging over $8 dollars more for just one burger patty not the whole burger just one patty. I ordered from here regularly since I came to the area but refuse to ever again since this an will tell everyone I meet to not go there.

If i could rate this place below one star i would. I ordered $81.00 worth of food. Chicken quesidillas.. wings...gyros... sweet potato fries..and potato skins. The bbq sauce was watered down ketchup that you find under the bottom of a garbage bag. The potato skins looked like someone gutted a potato and filled it with squirt pretzel cheese and a slab of bacon (overcooked). Mcdonalds served a better cheese burger than mine that had 1 slice of cheese... and 3 strips of bacon. Would not recommend this place ..Horrible... just Horrible..

Was called a b**** by the "manager" on the phone for complaining that a 10 minute deliver took 50 minutes. We had ordered a cheeseburger & a side of onion rings, that when delivered amounted to $14. It was cold and upon calling to complain I was rudely told off by the "manager." If I could give this restaurant (if you can call it that) less than a star, I would. Horrible customer service. I wish I could talk to the real manager or owner about this. Please beware of this place.

Ive always loved the food. I think they do a great job with their wings, burgers, and cheese fries. However the service is an other story. The people who take your order over the phone have a habit of making you feel rushed so you never know what the exact total is unless you explicitly ask before they hang up on you and if they do end up hanging up before you have a chance to ask and call back youll almost always be met with a rude response to your inquiry.

What can I say? Rude service; over-priced food. Dont believe what is printed in their menus. The guy at the cash register has a heavy pen when it comes to padding the bill. And if you challenge their math they get very rude and confrontational. The food isnt that special, and there are much better places to spend your money.

This place is great when you dont have it delivered. We ordered for our company, but drinks were missing, there was an extra online order charge + a delivery charge, and the food came cold. Their wings are fantastic, and their food is great. Just their delivery service is not good.

I went in and ordered a gyro and they offer chicken or beef. I orderd the chicken one and the meat dry and chunky. Not really tasted good like a gyro.
