I came to this billiards to shoot some pool for my 24th birthday and was sadly disappointed by its staff and owner. I just recently moved to the area and pool is one of my favorite pass times, and I was fairly excited when I came to learn of a billiards just walking distance away. All was well when my partner and I got to our table until the waitress came to take our order. When I asked for water for the time being since my partner was in the restroom, at first the waitress seemed annoyed with an attitude to only be bringing water to my table. When she returned we ordered our drinks. After a half hour on a dead Tuesday night she finally shouts our order from the bar for us to pick it up. When I went to pick up the beers she looks at me smiles and says she needed to see my ID. When I showed her ID she proudly said she could not serve me or my partner because my ID was due to expire on that very SAME day. So I presented my NYS Department of Motor Vehicles temporary non-driver ID as well. With multiple documents showing proof of my age and identity she seemed to mockenly denied me and said i should take it up with the owner. When I was able to explain my situation to him he seemed almost compliant. I explained that I came to have a good time on my birthday and would like to bring some business to the establishment by ordering from their bar and kitchen. But things took a wrong turn when he replied, "if I dont serve you, what you wont come back!" I was shocked he would even come out saying something like that. He completely dismissed me and moved on saying I look too young. I have to admit that was one of the most insulting compliments Ive ever gotten in my life. He was denying me service since I looked young while I had proof of my age. For him to assume I wouldnt come back was very unwelcoming. My whole experience seemed to be unpleasant and as a customer felt that the staff was unattentive and rude. Its just unfortunate because I could have been a returning well paying patron.

Ive been to this place a few times and its pretty much the only bar/ pool hall in the neighborhood, so people who live nearby and dont want to travel go here. Its cool in here but I feel like it could be a whole lot better. I enjoy playing pool here but the service kind of sucks. The drinks are weak in my opinion and are too expensive. It would be dope if they had an upstairs or downstairs that doubled as a club or dancing area.

The music was good but the bartender and the waitress were not friendly. They were extremely rude and at one point the waitress rolled her eyes. There was no greeting whatsoever. I definitely dont recommend this place at all. There was one person who said hi the whole time we were there and she smiled but unfortunately she was not our waitress. A fight almost took place and the ending of out night.

Quite an awesome location and easily located by the 2 train stop. As you walk in you are greeted and hear the Spanish music blasting and the atmosphere is very inviting. The prices and customer service was very great. I went with a friend to cool out and have a good time and I am certain to recommend this place to anyone to have a great night of pool and good music. The first time we went, we became hooked. We became a regular and started to meet the regular people that were always there as much as us. Which became very good friends of ours. We dont go there now as much, and we miss it, but every chance we got, we escape there for a couple of hours. No one bother you, everyone is respectful. Its a great place to be

Decent place with D.J., food, and drinks. Just dont come here with no foolishness, there are big ass bouncers that greet you as you enter. Get searched and enter the place for a nice night of playing pool. Didnt have any problems with the bouncers, wait staff, or other patrons. Mellow hang out spot.

Park Billiards back then kicked ass, then what happen?? Since 2005, this place sucked!! The management hired a new bar/wait staff that cant work, the security is disrespectful, and the crowd is ghetto!! This Place Can Go F Themselves!!!

Ive been going for years, Great atmosphere. Everyone is very nice and helpful. The only thing I wish they would change. Is increasing the price of the beer buckets $5 after a certain hour.

My friend and I went to Park Billiards Cafe and Sports Bar. We went there for the time and had a good experience. It is a decent place to go with the younger int he family with no fear.

Not a lot of options in the area, so this little spot gets it done. Tiny bar area with a smattering of tables. Big billiards area with a bunch of poop tables.

Foods great, drinks are great, and over 30 pool tables. $10 an hour, and a 3 hour special for $15.50. Best pool hall, nothing beats park billiards
