Food was decent, but nothing special. We stood around like fools for a minute until we realized it was self-seating. It was busy but there were still several open tables. The staff seemed disorganized. Took far too long for a server to even acknowledge us (~15 minutes before we even got water). Service was very slow and several tables that arrived after were served before us, likely the fault of our specific waitress. The owner or manager acknowledged our problems however and our food was comped. She was nice; I hope they can improve.

Ordered a omelet with shrooms broccoli and swiss cheese, eggs were not done, they took a dollar off my bill, never had an issue with Chez, but never will order a omelet again, just saying. Love,Abay been coming a long time, and will still go to Chez Paris.

Good food , good service. Manager has an attitude. We asked about seating ( it was a bit crowded) She pointed to a table & threw our menus. Obviously she dislikes her job & shouldnt be working with the public. We wont be back.

Absolutely awful ..... Frozen hash browns frozen sausage all cold ..... And it cost us $60 plus tip for four breakfasts. The only thing that was fresh were the eggs. Brilliant service though Shame about the food ....

Have been coming here for 17 years and as long as they are open I will continue to eat breakfast here when I come to visit Alex Bay. The food is yummy & the service is very good.
