dont like the service. It took them 25min to give me one coffee, a bagel with cream cheese and an acai bowl. Would I go again? NO Would I recommend it? No really The bagel w/cream cheese and my coffee were cold by the time they finished the bowl. The coffee tasted awful because the milk was expired. The bagel with cream cheese... well, I think I had never seen a bagel that flat. It didnt have cream cheese. I mean, It had, but it didnt. You know what I mean? It was poor. The Acai bowl, they didnt have the ingredients of the acai bowl that I asked for so they improvised, i gotta be honest, that one wasnt thaaaat bad.

bagel boys salads to me is the best in suffern. in the past the use to give you a generous amount, the now reduced their portions but the salads are still the best. the prices are getting out of hand though.they need to stop taking advantage of the public. bagel boys is starting to become a money hungry business establishment that dont care for their customers..overall their service is average the food is ugh..and their prices are disgusting for someone who shop their everyday..

Such a lucky stop! On a 20+ hour road trip we stopped for gas and tried the Bagel Boys Cafe because it was on the same exit. Delicious, generous portions, all made to order, with choices for all tastes, and at a very fair price. The breakfast line was still hopping at lunchtime, as was the deli line, but the staff worked them down quickly and courteously. I saved this one in my personal map and will definitely aim to stop here on my next trip.

Im a real new yorker and appreciate a good bagel-egg-and-cheese but they wouldnt last a day in Midtown. Theyre slow. Friend entered the storefront (after placing an order via text) and she still was inside for 20 minutes. No sandwich is worth 20 minutes. None. Nope. None. It wouldnt be my choice if there are other options but its the only true bagel spot upstate. Lol.

I agree with a lot of the reviewers that I had sticker shock when the cashier told me the total for the order. $29 is a lot for an order of pancakes, tea, strawberries, coffee, an egg sandwich bagel and 5 plain bagels to go (for my family in DFW). However, living in Texas, I have come to appreciate great NY bagels and Bagel Boys make great ones!

I have been going to this location since I am a little girl. In Rockland County there are so many great bagel places but there is only ONE I go to and that is Bagel Boys! I have never been disappointed in there food, service or prices. If you have never had a snickerdoodle iced coffee, it should be on your must try list <3

Delicious breakfast each time. Do not be thrown off by the word "bagel" in the name of this little cafe. The lines at times might be crazy, but in the long-run it is worth it. Truly recommend bagel with bacon, egg and cheese. It is also hard to find good coffee in the area. No need to look further.

Great bagels. Nice selection. Quality is good and portions generous. Can be pricey. Yogurt parfait and premade Greek salad is $14 dollars. Very little gluten free alternatives here. Staff is friendly and efficient. They work really well under pressure too. Lines can get long.

They say they close at 6, got in at 5 everyone cleaning and spraying. Ask if the pastrami was hot said it was, got cold pastrami ask for chicken soup and they said they dont serve soup. If you dont want customers after 5, then close at 5 Go to rockland bakery next time.

Stopped at this place for a bagel that my daughter likes so much but they have no choices at the time we went, dont understand why , the place looks nice from the outside so it need to get better stocked in the inside, will try again some time.

Ray is the man. Nicest guy in the world. He knows my order before I come in. Best bagels, rugalach and service. Bobby who works the bagel/sandwich counter is a gem. I know him from Hillcrest Deli. One of the best servers "bar none".

Great tasting and fresh bagels. Best when theyre nice and warm. The lines move quickly but when theyre really busy, they tend to mix up orders and prices so check your bag before you leave. Still recommend it though!

Large seating area, tea and coffee, and a large breakfast and lunch menu. Also has acai superfood bowls which are a great option for those who want a healthier alternative. Plenty of snacks available also.

15 bagels is what they consider a dozen, I like that! Also, the bagels are light and fluffy and come in a ton of flavors. Easy to get too, parking lot is a bit cramped but plenty of spots.

What a rip, the new cafe is about robbing people. 3 turkey sandwiches and 2 sodas 1 bag of chips --$42.00 dollars.Cant wait for the bagel train to run over these greedy monsters!

I order a taylor ham, bacon, cheese and ketchup on a bagel. 1. They put it on a roll. 2. They did not put ketchup on. 3. there is two thin pieces of ham and 2 strips of bacon.

We ordered egg white wraps, cheese and SPK. Wraps were bland no SPK and it cost me $18. Never again. Just because your name is gourmet doesnt mean your good is quality
