I waited 45 minutes for dinner, they were all hanging out behind the counter and no one showed up to my table to take my order After a half hour I went to them asking why no one is coming to take my order?! So they took my order, then I had to wait another 15 minutes till my food was ready Another time And I was there I asked the guy behind the counter to give me a slice cheese cake and he didnt want because I did said please, thats bad customer service I wouldnt recommend for anyone to go there, go where you get good customer service and you are a valuable customer

Went here for my birthday with my parents, ordered the sea bass which comes with mashed potatoes, mistakenly did not ask if the potatoes were dairy (I was fleishig and also dont eat dairy), when I realized after one bite, I asked them and they were really nice about it, brought me a whole new plate with the fish, grilled veggies and noodles, and even offered a free dessert. Great service, the manager is really nice (did not get his name), and I appreciate that they were quick to fix an error that was not even their doing. Thank you! Would definitely recommend.

Not the greatest. I ordered a cream cheese bagel and there was fish in it. The cream cheese is right next to the tuna and the shredded cheese gets mixed in the fish(which is problematic for sefardim.) The customer service must get improved! A lot of stuff that gets ordered to go, Comes out to stay on a plate. I ordered a home fries and they said they dont have, so they gave me a spicy fries instead which was way too spicy,wasnt even edible! I dont know if Ill ever go back there!!

Had breakfast there & was very disappointed with the service. We waited 20 minutes for our food, I went to ask how long it will still take. They lost my receipt I had to wait another 15 minutes for my food. The portion size is pretty small. This place is mismanaged.

We had a great lunch experience at Bites Cafe. The food is delicious. The ambiance is fabulous, the cafe is modern and classy at the same time. Highly recommended for any occasion.

It says its open at 10:00. We came at 12:00 and we got chased out that they wont open for another 30 min. The guy was very rude, the 4 of us wont go back there anytime soon
