BEST DANG DINER Im the Vaio Beaver Creek area. Be prepared to spend big money for your food, but it is well worth it. Some friends and us visited last summer, drank a lot and enjoyed some of the best dang food in colorado. The atmosphere is great, the owner and his staff were excellent and we had a lot of laughs. The owner sure does know how to host a great dinner and get together. All in all I think we spent about $550 for dinner, but we did drink a lot and hung out for the majority of the night. We really enjoyed the experience and time we had at Revolution. We plan on going back this summer.

The environment, atmosphere, and service were great. However, the food was hit or miss. The pork poutine was excellent, however the chicken crepe I ordered was drenched in sauce and cheese and was a disappointment. Great place to sit down for drinks, but I would err on the side of caution when choosing this place for a sit-down meal. Pricing was slightly above the average of what you would expect in Beaver Creek.

Small portion size but the flavor was good. The avocados in the avocado salad were the size of was plum tomato, and the gyro was mostly cucumbers and sauce. The waiter told us we (a hard-of-hearing older gentleman and two Hispanics) were not allowed to talk politics...he apparently is not very tolerant of differing political views and/or of people with an accent and/or hearing impediment.

Lively atmosphere, quieter dining room where conversation can be held. Recommend the marble waygu filet mignon, perfectly cooked. Guests can pick the way it is cook. With a good piece of meat, we go with less is more. Goat cheese salad is delicious and intriguing, balancing and adding texture with pumpkin seeds and pumpkin purée.

What an absolutely incredible restaurant. Such kind staff (on Christmas day nonetheless!) who were knowledgeable and likeable, an amazing menu (if you go here and dont have the Wagyu beef you are doing the world an injustice) and wonderful setting in Beaver Creek. Shame they havent expanded into England...

Have always had friendly bartenders. Good service every time Ive been there except for breakfast. Menu is a little confusing because youll think its included with pancakes but they WAY over charge for strawberries.

Tried this place for dinner. The ambiance of the place was great but service was very slow. The portions of the food were disappointingly small. It tasted great but one entree cant even fill one person up.

Amazing food, great prices. Everything is fresh, made from scratch, even the mayo is made in-house. I tried the burger Al Pastor, probably one of the best burgers I ever had.
