Have had nothing but problems with this location. Used to call for delivery between 8-9 pm and was told all three times they werent delivering because either driver backed up or no drivers. Went in store today as they recently renovated the place and was hoping customer service was better. It was not. Ordered a personal pan pizza and waited 40 minutes. The one girl working the register was also making the pizzas. The phones were ringing off the hook and nobody there to answer them. The phone rang non stop the entire time I was there. An employee was coming on duty while I was there and I politely asked him to check on my pizza. He completely ignored me after I repeated myself twice and was only concerned about the manager code for the computer. Pizza was ok, not great. I will not be going back to this location. Nearly everyone I know in town has had a negative experience here. Stay away! New decor, same horrible customer service. Pizza Hut, the company, should be notified about this place.

I used to love this location but since it reopened it hasnt been the same. The last 3 times I ordered my delivery was always over 30 minutes late. The pizza is always greasy and I mean sitting in grease. This last particular order I had burnt banana peppers on my pizza, I called to complain and the manager actually tried to justify why it happened. Any 5 year old can see why it happened but I figured if you offered it then you would know how to cook it properly. I wont be ordering again, very disappointed and disgusted

I live in the area.I have been experiencing really bad customer service . Always waitng for sooo long to get my order, seeing only lazy people working there, poor management, I mean, you dont even see a manager, its only kids working there, completely lost, with no guidance and organization..I m not going to order more from Pizza Hut in West Orange until they make drastic changes!!!!

I would have gave a good review, if my husband in i didnt have to wait a hour&half for our food to be delivered in on top of that the person who delivered it didnt even call n let us no that he was outside with that being said if we didnt go outside we wouldnt have our food

This the worst pizza hot in the history of histories! I said i want a small pizza they said they didnt and when i ordered the medium i said delivery and they said they had no drivers!!!! What the heck? This store is unprofessional and needs to get shut down immediately!!!

This is the worst pizza hut restaurant by far. Horrible customer service (poor service from managers and workers), ignorant attitudes, and absurd comments. The pizza was way too salty. Then I tried ordering pasta..... there was more oil than the pasta. JUST NASTY!

I would give ZERO stars if possible. Waited 3 HOURS for my pizza and Im a 5 minute drive from them. What did I get when it finally made it? COLD, hard pizza. I made them take it back and void the transaction. First and last time ordering from here.

The worst they delivered my food ice cold had to bring it back to the store the driver got there really late then when you call to speak to management they put you on hold for 27 minutes then there is excuse is that the Internet is not accurate

Not the best Pizza Hut... place was a little dirty and the food was scalding hot! Heard one of the employees say they cranked up the oven temperature so they could cook an entire pizza in under 10 minutes. It shows, the pizza was not great...
