The persons comment below is correct, all the reviews are fake! What people dont know that this is the same owner that owned Union Hooters that got its liquor license taken away for underage drinking and sexual harrassement. The same GM went to the owners other store in Franklin and that got shut down and the same GM moved to Wayne were hes killing it to. Today we saw a waitress drop a cocktail napkin on the floor, she whipped the floor with it when she picked it up, hid it away from one customer then at the last minute place that napkin on the last customer, thinking no one saw her. Everything there is hit and miss. Youll see the real reviews of this place on other sites. The place on Saturdays (which is supposed to be one of the busiest days of the week) completely dead in there. You go next door to TGIF, 500 feet away the place is packed. They know nothing on how to treat customers, they care about one thing themselves. The place is lifeless and what we saw today, we just had enough and just got discussed over it.

If I could give this place negative 5 stars, I would. I wanted to surprise a table with a round of shots, or or drinks, or whatever, and WILL who called himself the "manager" didnt even bother to hear me out, or try to help me. Im not the most business savy person, but when theres an opportunity to sell, you take it. When theres a opportunity to go the extra mile for the customer, you do it. Because chances are, I would NOT be writing this review if I were a happy customer. I would NOT be telling everyone I know, how I was dismissed. It was a very simple request that anyone with minimal customer service knowledge and experience would fulfill. I trust this is not the way Hooters or any business wishes to conduct business with valued customers. He refused to deal with my questions and proceeded to give me numerous excuses as to why he couldnt simply, actually, do his job. I feel very disappointed with this interaction, as I usually enjoy my experiences at your restaurant. Thanks for nothing!

Last Friday night fours of ours friend when this placed on Wayne location, the place was semi empty about 10:30pm , well to start with bad experience the waitress "LAURA" wasnt really friendly, no smiling, no eye contact, is like we weren`t there. We order beers and soda, the soda came in a seconds but the beer took quiet few minutes to get to us. Then I noticed that like 3 to 5 Waitress sitting down all together on a table instead checking other customer to see if they need something. Terrible customer services, I really regret going over there, I was on my way to a different restaurant, but want go there and look what happens.

Let me start by saying ive been to every Hooters in NJ. The girls were friendly but our waitress wasnt at all and it killed the mood. The prices were WAY more than the other Hooter in NJ. Almost twice the price for pitcher then the Hooters in Brunswick. They even charged us for the blue cheese without telling us. We got 50 wings. Worst ive ever had at a Hooters. They were cold and not even spicy and yes we ordered the hottest wings they had. Oh yea and they didnt have any Miller Light. Never going back to that Hooters

We went around 12.30 and the close time was 1pm. One waitress told us that the kitchen is still open and we have to order soon. Another waitress told us that the kitchen is closed so we were leaving. Then again, the first waitress told us to wait as she wanted to re-check. It was kind of mess at first. But finally they served food and it was okay. Didnt seem to be that tasty as it was supposed to be.

Horrible service. Had to look for a server to order, food took long. Once her coworker brought the food, we sat there trying to Order again but like before had to go find the server, even to get my bill I had to go find my server. The food was horrible, I came home and threw up so bad, I ended up in the hospital for food poisoning. That was my first time there and it will be my last.

I would like to say that my experience at the hooters location in Wayne was quite the experience. It was the perfect setting for our annual fantasy football draft, and most importantly our waitress Emmy was amazing! She was extremely accommodating and took care of all our needs! She was very friendly and always had a smile on her face. Would love to have her again!

I can always rely on this place for good wings, crab legs and cold beer! My children and I frequent here every week after we finish at the gym! They love the girls, the managers, the wings and the balloons!!! Our servers gianna, maria, and sam always serve us with a positive attitude and a smile! The cooks are great to work long hours bur always so positive!!!

Sat as a party of 6 for 30 minutes with no one even asking what we would like to drink. The manager knew we were there because he was putting some tables together and didnt even acknowledge us. When we got up to leave he asked why and when we told him he just turned around to speak to his 4 waiters that were just sitting on a table joking. Horrible!!!

Since the football game wasnt on tv, I decided to come here and watch. Sat down and waited 19 minutes for someone to take my drink order then waited another 7 minutes for them to bring it. Didnt bother ordering food and wont come back. Buffalo Wild Wings blows this place out of the water. This is probably the most pathetic excuse for a restaurant...

I love Hooters wings but our service was pretty lacking. The desperate attempts for extra tips are cringe worthy and really make me want to avoid the establishment. Thats why I only go back every once in a while. If youre willing to ignore the fake pleas for money this is a good place to get some bar fare and watch a sporting event

The food was ok, my wife and I went there with a friend once we got the food that was it, we had to find a different server for the check she was never around. We had to go to the drink station for another round of drinks. Im never going back there again the service Sucked look at other reviews regarding the service.

Awesome place to watch the game. They have flat screens everywhere. Food is way better @ this Hooters than Paramus & Hackensack. Girls are all friendly and pretty. Prices are not that cheap but the service and food quality are worth it. Need better air conditioning.

Ok here is an current update. Went there for lunch and it was good. Fresh wings and fries. I sat at the bar and the bartender was nice and hot. Food came out very hot and prices were fine. No body was mean or nasty to me or to other customers.

Went there yesterday. The place is descent, food there was incredible. The hospitality that I was given by them was wonderful. However, the place became dead but I bet on the weekends its popping. Definitely going back again.

They told me they were going to be open, ended up being closed after I called to make sure to confirm 20 mins before. I was greeted with a very rude waitress who did not let us wait inside since its cold out. So rude
