I dont even no where to begin. It was a terrible service. This never happened at this location. My family & I ate there on Sunday night. We were seated around 5:55. We sat there for 45 minutes and our waiter never came. People around us were being served first. Finally I asked the hostess and the waiter arrived. He apologized saying nobody told him he had an extra table to service. BAD COMMUNICATION!!!! So we placed our order around 7. Our food didnt arrive until another 45 minutes. Meanwhile people around us were coming and going. He forgot so many things. He forgot my mothers add on crab legs, baked potatoes and extra napkins. Then my aunt asked for a coffee and he forgot it. We told him 3 times. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!!! We ordered food to take home. We placed the order around 8:20. It was done at 9. He never came to our table to make sure the take out was correct. One of the orders were incorrect. Also they forgot to give us biscuits, salads & condiments. He checked on every other table but mine. I mean I was there since 6. So I asked someone else to get it for me. He didnt care at all. By the time I left it was 9:30. I never been there more than 2 hours. We received better service when it was crowded. It was not packed on Sunday so I dont understand why I was there for 4 hours. I told him it was my birthday & no one sang to me. I believe we shouldve had our food for free. I will never sit in the first section again. If its uncommon to serve 4 tables then maybe his co-workers shouldve helped more.

I have gone to this restaurant more than once and most times were pleasing but I went and sat at the bar and Recieved the horrible service Ive ever experienced. I got no attention from the bartenders none of them checked on me and I sat with an empty drink most of my meal being that I started my drink before my food came out. My food took really long to come out. I order the same thing all the time and this time my ultimate feast didnt even look appetizing. My crab legs were all broken off pieces and they were dry. I was so upset that I wasnt getting any service I was contemplating on walking out since they acted as if I wasnt there in the first place the service was trash. I had my card ready as soon as the bartender gave me the bill but she didnt take it. I dont know what she was waiting for maybe for the walkout but this made me even more upset I was to my last bite and my last chance to get her to charge me for my food. I put my hand out and she ran to me as if she was about to get a tip. I didnt even sign for it. I was so disappointed in the service from the bartenders.

Red Lobsters Sucks! My absolute worst time there. I was there last night trying to enjoy my date night & the endless shrimp but the waitress was totally rushing us. We got here at 8pm waited over an hour to be seated, when they said it would be 25-30 minutes. We ordered drinks, appetizers then dinner. When ordering our 2nd order of shrimps she states that shell bring the check out next. Excuse me?✋ Does Red Lobster have a different meaning of endless shrimp? The waitress wasnt rude but seem nervous saying things like she might get in trouble from the manager if someone saw our to-go boxes on the table. She knew that we had unfinished appetizers & salad in the to-go boxes. Calm down. Our left overs had nothing to do with us ordering more endless shrimp. No one is trying to pack up the teaspoon of rice, a handful of fries & the 6 shrimps they give you at a time & sneak out. Watered down drinks, mozzarella sticks with no cheese inside, buffalo wings not fully cooked & service couldve been better. Will we be back? Dont hold your breath! Well stick to TGIFRIDAYS

Do not waste your money at this red lobster ! First off the utensils were dirty ! That should have been my first red flag , then the waiter was like my shadow very over baring coming back like every min asking if we were ready to order, they dont bring you any biscuits unless you ask for them like theres a shortage of them or something, then when i asked for them he came back and said it will take a couple of minutes to come im looking at him like huh ? Then when he brought them out it was only three biscuits and two of us so i guess we will have to fight for the third one. My wife ordered a mixed drink it was watered-down. I told the waiter and he said that the liquor they used for the drink just blends well. really ? Bulls@#+ ! Then the people next to us said the same thing about their drink and a whole different waiter gave them the same line. The food was bland and dry and seemed to be microwaved because the plate was super hot, this was my first and last visit to this red lobster never again ! STAY AWAY.......

The server was OKAY, nothing bad to say about her nor great either (i think her name was ana). Just a few things i would like to say WHEN IT COMES TO THE FOOD, MY HUSBANDS STEAK WAS NOT COOKED MW, AS REQUESTED. IT WAS CLEARLY MEDIUM AND IT HAD A ODD TASTE he did not eat it! MY ASPARAGUS WAS OVER COOKED !!! TO THE POINT IT WAS FALLING APART! BEING CHARGED EXTRA FOR OVER COOKED SAGGY ASPARAGUS IS NOT A GOOD LOOK!! OUR CHIPS FOR THE SPINACH DIP WE GOT WHERE EXTREMELY SALTY, we literally had to clean each chip before eating them!!!!! I HAD A COUPON FOR A FREE APPETIZER AND IT WAS NEVER INCLUDED. AT THAT POINT WE JUST WANTED TO GET OUT. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GOOD PLACE FOR FOOD, THIS PLACE IS DEFINITELY NOT IT. IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO PAY FULL PRICE FOR OVER OR UNDERCOOKED SALTY FOOD THEN COME HERE and GET DIRTY UTENSILS COME RIGHT IN....... ALSO NOT HAVING HOOKS IN THE BATHROOM STALLS FOR THE LADIES IS NOOOOOOO GOOOOODDDD. We where there around 6 pm 2/15

By far one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. I traveled in a group of 21 individuals. We were seated by 6pm. At 7:51pm as I post this review only 7 people have their meals. They have 1 waitress serving us, and gave lack of staff as the purpose for the extreme delay. Not once did the manager on staff come to address us or any concern of ours, as I am the person in charge of the group. The waitress had to do her job alone, and thats completely unacceptable. Also, the place had a weird unsettling smell, that I cant quite give a description (its not a seafood smell). I will tip her generously, as I know this issues were out of her control. However, I will see to it that my agency does not return to this restaurant. Okay, the manager just addressed me and said hell take 1 order off. Haha. THIS IS THE LAST TIME!

I Went there today and the host which were a female was on her cell phone having a full bloom conversation for 2 mins and then finally hung up and said "table for 2?" i said yea okay cool then she gave me a ticket for the table i was going to be siting at and then the other girl said u just sat somebody down at that table.. Have she have not been on her phone while working she would have knew.... My waiter was great but the food was not everything was literally nasty plus my bf lobster were cold. The manger came over which he was so nice and he said can i get u anything else or recook ya food? But i didnt want what i had over again and I didnt want anything else so he took the meal off the bill... Like i said manger and waiter were great but food was awful
