We just celebrated our 2nd birthday at Kidz Village was overall great experience!! It was loads of fun for him and all of our party guests. Our party hostess (Lauren) was excellent. She was very energetic and very patient with the kids. We had various aged kids at our party and she was able to keep them ALL entertainned. We booked the Royal party which we loved the fact that it was so personalized and incorporated activities centered around what he likes, using & referencing cartoon characters he loved and having a dance party that had children having fun on the "dance floor" of her spacious party room. We loved that with this package we had the option of having everything included, a pinata, goodie bags. And the goodie bags were great they even incuded a group picture for each child. i acutally had one of our friends say they wanted to cancel their reservation to Chucke cheese to change their daughters birthday party at Kidz Village. Now we did have a couple of issues and recommendations. First, a party can get costly. i had 15 kid guest and spend about $650 not including additonal food purchased for adults. When you first arrive the first hour of the party the kids get to play. So it was awkward for us and the parents and other guest because they had to go looking around the play area to locate us say hello. We really felt bad because seating is limited and we didnt have where to sit or for our guest. Now for the kids this was no issue but having parents standing for an hour was uncomfortable. During this time i was told that a gift bin was going to be in the front however, since they had several parties my son did not have one and unfortuantely they were not old until after i went to the front that they could leave gifts with the girls. Now this was a little concering because i was afraid that since there was no one set place for gift that a gift could get lost and also it was not fun because we had no place to sit and on top having to hold all the gifts in the play area, mind you i have four kids to watch including a new born. The other big problem i had was our package included a group photo. Well the hostess took several pics but than realized the picture did not get saved. Since once the picture was taken guest were given tokens so that they could go play while pictures were printed. so we than had to gather evryone again to take the picture again. Turns out not everyone was in the picture. i really did not notice until i gave goodie bags out and the parents went to look in the bag and said aww the picture. but realized her daughter was not in the picture. I felt so bad. So recap, definitely a great place but they do have a couple of things to work on.

We celebrated our daughters 4th Bday here (on Feb 1st) and she absolutely loved it. We chose the Royal package and thought it was worth every penny spent. Our guests were highly appreciative of the venue and the way the Bday party was conducted. Our lead host was Megan and she ensured that not just the kids, but the adults would also be entertained. She was assisted by Alexis and their team work was commendable. The day we booked time slots for the bday Party, Gabby (the manager) made sure she took note of all our requirement. e.g, the birthday childs likes/dislikes , theme for the bday etc. Gabby contacted us 4-5 days ahead of the celebration, to confirm the number of kids attending the party, the Bday cake etc. Megan (our party host) contacted us a day before the celebration to check if we had any questions or concerns. We requested her to plan activities to entertain adults and she did a great job with it . The party room assigned for royal package, looks beautiful and had enough space to seat around 70-80 adults. The Bday cake (that KidzVillage ordered) looked beautiful and tasty too! Tips - * Let the manager know about what your Bday child would enjoy during the party. E.g. favorite games, cartoon characters, theme of the party etc. * You will need to order food 50 minutes earlier than start time of the private party. You cannot order food after the private party has started. However, they can help refill soda even after the start of the party. * If you need baloons for the decoration, please make sure you bring them inflated (with or without helium). Kidz Village will not help inflate balloons. * Kidz Village doesnt allow any decoration items to be stuck on the walls of the party room, but you can have them arranged on the table or tie helium baloons onto chair etc. The party hosts will help you with the decoration, the way you need it. * Kidz Village also distributes goodies to all the child guests. You could also bring in your own goodie stuffs, if you need to slip them into every bag. * Weekends could get really crowded here at around 4 PM. Could be noisy at times. * The day of the party, you can just walk in, relax and enjoy with your guests. The party hosts take care of everything else. I am happy that I chose kidz Village and would definitely recommend this place to my friends. Thanks. Divya Prasan

We just had a great time at my son’s 5th birthday party, at the Woodbridge Kidz Village! The staff was very accommodating, able to change party details on the fly, and great with the kids. The facility was clean, the party room especially was welcoming and bright, and the kids really responded to the enthusiastic woman running the party, whose name escapes me. After free play they ate, played games, and danced, and then ended the party in the game room. They could stay as long as they wanted, which was another great perk. Two things to think about: 1. the party-goers all carry their tokens into the game room after they eat in the party room – if you’re handing out goodie bags in the party room, make sure they have handles/are portable! Ours weren’t so we held onto them and handed them out as we said goodbye. Not a big deal, just something to consider. 2. The kids were really thirsty – almost alarmingly so! There are drinks available for sale, but no drinks included with the party are provided until after the hour of open play. My only real issues were: 1. I called earlier in the week to go over the details, but there was no record of my call or my preferences so I had to go through it all again at the venue with kids running around screaming, which was distracting. 2. There were a TON of party-goers there. We’ve been there for open play, but never for a party. The amount of kids with parents was a little overwhelming. 3. As someone else already pointed out, it is extremely difficult to hear the kid’s name when being called over the loudspeaker. I only knew where to gather the kids because I saw someone else do it. But overall, I highly recommend Kidz Village in Woodbridge for a birthday party. The packages were very customizable, the prices reasonable, the staff great to work with, and most importantly my kid loved his party!! UPDATED 3/25/14: Just had his 7th birthday party there - it was even better than the 5th. Had the party earlier, less people, the kids had a great time. Thanks!
