The food isnt the best and the customer service I received for my first time here was unpleasant. I waited for a greeting through the intercom for about 2 min and there was no warning or anything until I called out hello, and even then I was told to hold without greeting. I didnt think anything of it figured maybe theyre just busy, I was handed my food and change and was handed back the incorrect change, I waited by the window again waiting to catch their attention and when she did I explained to the lady what the issue was. She took the receipt and handed me back the difference without saying a word or even apologizing. Overall, my customer service experience was very dry, and the food is okay, would prefer my local Chinese restaurant.

A horrible experience, the most poorly managed place Ive ever been to and will not be back. My one star was generous. Its unfortunate because the food is pretty good but the management sucks. Ive tried to give it a chance but it keeps getting worse. This was the last straw 10 people waiting to pay for over 15 minutes because there was no cashier, 4 people running in after the line was ridiculously long then no one can use the cash register. Im done!!!!

Stale crusty food. I had lunch at 1230pm.....a reasonable lunch time. Got 3 dishes: mogolian beef, kung pao chicken, and orange chicken. All the food was old and hard. If I showed up at 4pm or dinner, I would be sort of ok with the left out food quality. But this is lunch. LUNCH! Will not return

Walk in and line only had 5 ppl in front of me however they were under staffed and drive thru clerk had to serve the line as well. Took 20 mins before I could order. Then cashier started to assist with serving and she acted like she was high. She tried 5o put my to stay order in a bag.

Litterally waited in drive thru for 20 mins. Finally get to the window and sit for 5 more minutes with no one coming over to me. I ended up going to taco bell next door. First and last time attemping to eat here.
