This is only getting one star because I had to rate it. I have not tasted the food here but I wanted to warn others about my experience. I went there last week with my family of 5 to redeem a non-expired groupon and a scribbled note on the front door notified me that they were not accepting groupons. Once inside the manager told me that its under new management and hes not accepting any coupons or groupons. I then asked if kids were still $.02 per pound that day as advertised on their website and he said no. I then asked if hed at least honor the $29 I paid for the groupon and the answer to that was no as well. This was a week ago and their website is still up and still advertises everything they are not honoring. I ended up leaving and going to Applebees. Im in the process of trying to get refunded by Groupon. The place looked dirty and run down when we walked in so I guess I should be happy we didnt eat there!

Just came from "brunch" If thats whats its called. First of all when we walked in the door the owner or manager or whatever was taking down to an employee right in front of patrons. Then when we went to get our food the plates were ice cold to put hot food on, there were not any tongs for the rolls, the staff put whatever you wanted very spareinly on your dish there was hardly any breakfast food and dinner deserts. My husband mentioned something to the waitress in a quiet way and told her to tell the manager and she never did he said something to the manager on the way out and he said it did not matter if we liked it or not he has 400 other people. On the way home I stopped in DD and got a dunchinno thats yummy

Recently ate there on a Sunday with my wife had to have been the worst experience when it comes to food and service, the dining room was empty. We had a groupon coupon and was told prior to coming we could order anything off the menu, not true, steaks and other dishes were not included which meant my coupon was worth nothing. Told to call owner vic which I did and he never got back to me. Being in the food and restaurant business, I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and GARBAGE FOOD. DO NOT EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT. Groupon reimbursed me the cost of my coupon and said they have had similar complaints.

Shot pool in there once. Tables are by far, the most screwed up in the area. Drinks were fairly priced. Atmosphere was nice. People were friendly but I wouldnt order any food from there. Ive heard some gross stories from multiple, random people. But the funniest thing that happened when I was there, is that the manager got into a fight with a customer. It was definitely the customers fault but being the manager of a restaurant, you would think he would of handled the situation properly. My friend is the one who broke up the fight. LOL.

For my first time here, I was pretty satisfied. I came here with my family on a sunday after church. The atmosphere was ok for a sunday. I like it calm and mello for the most part. The waitress and other hostess were very polite and professional. I plan on taking my brother there. Well see if my review will change buy then. Update: The second time around was just as good as the first. Same good service, same good food. This time I had the Chicken Theresa dish. Very very delicious.

The only reason Im giving this place 5 stars is because of the waiter I had. His name was Barry and he was by far one of the best waiters Ive ever had. He held doors open for everyone and was very attentive. The bartenders didnt seem to want to be there. If you do happen to go here ask to be seated in his section. His southern kindness is my reason to go back.

Bartender, the one girl drinking behind the bar, unlikable, and unprofessional, not going to make money on of bunch of brunks ,you need BAR rescue! Love the feel at the Wicket, but truth be told, some of the food isnt that great. Stick with soups, burgers, sandwiches, etc. Their attempts at more exotic dishes are hit or miss. Service is good as long as the place isnt too busy, but go on a holiday or when some special is in place, and you could end up with quite a wait.

Food was never that good here but the drinks are worth going for. My boyfriend and I grabbed a drink or two here before catching a movie. This place tends to attract an older crowd, but with the new movie theater in the plaza, that might change. Service here is very good!

In a word - yuck!!! The food is nothing to write home about. Atmosphere is boring. The only good part is the bar, and even then, it leaves a little to be desired. Nice waitstaff, but they cant make up for everything thats just wrong about this place.
