Some very major issues happened during my familys recent dinner at Legends. First, the waitress (while very nice) was extremely slow at both taking orders and checking up on her tables. Second, the wait for food to come out to the table was over an hour. Third, when the food finally arrived, it was just okay. Not stellar, but not terrible either. Fourth, and most importantly, my mother ordered some sort of fruity alcoholic beverage, but when she took a sip of the drink using her straw, she sucked up a rather large piece of glass. She literally almost swallowed a whole chunk of glass that had fallen into her drink (it wasnt from her cup as it had no chips, cracks, or breaks in it). Fortunately, she was uninjured by the glass and noticed that it was in her mouth before she accidentally swallowed it. She showed the waitress who apologized and got her a new drink, but did not comp the drink or any part of my familys order. I feel like almost ingesting a chunk of glass at a restaurant is a pretty good reason for getting at least a free drink, but I guess the staff at Legends doesnt agree. My family finished eating and left. We vowed that we would never set foot in Legends again, because they almost killed my mother (or at the very least, could have sent her to the hospital), and none of us have a death wish. If you decide to eat or drink here, do so at your own risk.

Just left the restaurant after 15 minutes of my wife and I sitting at our table. There were 4 wait staff, hanging out at the register with no urgency to even approach our table to take our drink order, for starters...then a guy walks around and glances at all of the tables, then proceeds to return to the group of wait staff laughing and joking around. Our table was not the only one without any drink order taken. So my wife walks over to the hostess and asks if she can get someone to take our order. The hostess walks over to the glee club and has a conversation with a waitress. Once again, theres no urgency to come over to our table, so thats when I told my wife, "were done. Lets go". Once we walked out of the booth, a waiter walks over and says, "excuse me"...I told him not to bother. Were done. And walked out. Theres obvious no manager in the place who is actually worried about customer satisfaction and service. Its sad, really.

I have never written a restaurant review, but felt compelled on this one. DONT get the nachos here!! Possibly the worst Ive ever had. Luckily they were half price (happy hour). Still wasnt worth the $5. If I had paid $10, I would have sent them back. Supposed to be "beer" cheese. Nothing more than cheese in a jar (gross) with a sprinkling of some sliced black olives, a tablespoon of loose black beans a little bit of kernel corn and about a teaspoon of chopped onions. Wasnt even warm. I really should have sent them back, even at the $5 price. :( The bartenders were friendly, thats the only reason I would give it

I wish I could give negative stars. Save yourself the disapointment and DO NOT waste your time here. We waited for our food on a not crowded evening (a simple plain burger and a chicken sandwich) for 45 minutes and the whole time the waitress never checked on us and instead stood around talking with the other waitresses. Both sandwiches werw very dry and over priced. The burger was nearly impossible to eat as they stacked 2 tiny patties on top of each other between huge buns. Fries were gross and soggy

Ive always had a good experience with the bartenders and wait staff the handful of times Ive patronized Legends. Good food, good beer etc. Also, hats off to the bouncer for professional candor and tact; after being called at d*ckhead repeatedly for escorting a drunkard that fell asleep at the bar, he kept is cool and didnt resort to pettiness (unlike the customer). Good job. ... Btw that idiot tried getting into the wrong car when he left. I saw everything, damn hysterical.

Ive been here several times the prices are big the portions are small. The staff has always been polite to me up until one night. There was a UFC event and my brother and I wanted to watch it at Legends, they turned us away because we were not 21. That has never happened to me before, I realize you can make more money off beer than food but that was ridiculous. I ended up going to Buffalo Wild Wings enjoying better food in a better atmosphere.

We sat at the bar for dinner,decided to try beer flights from vast selection. We told bartender our likes and let her choose. FANTASTIC VARIETY OF TASTES! OK, appetizer fried calamari - awesome- love the peppers and the lemon creme sauce- TRY IT! Dinner-ahi tuna burger with avacodo. LOVE, could use a little Wasabi but super fresh tuna. He had ribs fresh from smoker. HUGE portion, brought half home. Yum!

We went here last night for my husbands birthday. Let me start off with the fact that the beer selection is great, the service was great and the food tasted good. We were both in such intestinal discomfort after eating there and we shared everything so we cant pinpoint what did it. I thought I was dying last night, and this morning is not much better. We will never go there again.

$8 beers, What is this midtown Manhattan? We Got 3 beers, 2 apps, a soup and a kids meal and with tip was $80! The food was alright but just normal pub food you could of got any place else for half the price. They will never make it in blue-collar ledgewood with those prices. Wont be back.

Great food, great beer selection (40 beers on tap), and tons of TV. Great for football. Nice big bar in the middle, good drink specials... this is EXACTLY the kind of place Roxbury needs. Really great Bar/Restaurant. And, did I mention that the food is delicious!

As noted by another, the beer prices are ridiculous. One example is the Flying Fish Grand Cru, this is a $10 6-pack, their price is $9 for a 12 oz glass. You have to expect a markup when dining out but not 500%! They can keep it...

First thing is first I went on a Wednesday, but from my experience the staff was friendly and laid back. That being said the bartender service in my opinion was above average. Will be making this a local and frequent stop.

Never seen such unprofessionalism, awful customer service! I would recommend the Black River Barn if looking for a sports type bar close by with friendly atmosphere! Tried this place 3 times and its just disappointing.

Food ok. Need some more servers especially on a football Sunday.. Our server was fine but was covering several tables at prime time football hour. Nice atmosphere for watching games.. Wouldnt go there to have dinner.

Place is amazing. Weird location but food is outstanding. Cant believe that we found such good food at a place you wouldnt expect to get and exceptional meal. Staff is also great.

Visited with my family for Mothers Day. Excellent buffet, outstanding salmon and a warm and friendly staff! Mrg Patrick goes the extra mile to please... how refreshing!
