We got married at the Hamilton Manor on Sunday, May 28, 2011. While I was studying for grad school my wife worked with Andre and Erin to plan the wedding. They worked so well with all our vendors and made sure my wife felt comfortable with all the details. We knew what we wanted, but they came up with little ideas that helped add extra touches to our special day. The day was special to start, but when we arrived at the Hamilton Manor and we got to see the Grand Ballroom I knew we had made the right decision having it at the Hamilton Manor. Everything looked perfect. Nothing was out of place. All the colors my wife picked were in place. Even our vendors told us how great it was to work with the Hamilton Manor staff. I enjoyed having our cocktail hour in the Cellar. It was something different. Everyone was really impressed about how much seating there was. People were able to walk around and get to the bar. We then made our way up to the Ballroom. I can’t thank Andre enough for being there for my wife. He really helped make the day special for her by working in an ice cream buffet for dessert. Andre always made sure she had something to drink and that her food was good. The staff was always present and very friendly. Our guest commented how helpful the staff was if they needed anything it was gotten right away. People also commented about the bar. The said normally at a wedding you get a little glass of wine or a mixed drink. People were pleasantly surprised to see a full glass of wine and a “large” mix drink. My wife was so happy with the dance space. The tables were placed just as she imagined giving our guest LOTS of room to dance. The stage was a great space for our 11 piece band. The Hamilton Manor was so fantastic they treated the band as if they were our guest and we were able to give them the same food the guest were eating. That meant a lot of us! After the wedding was over we went back down to the Cellar where we had our “after-party.” We partied until 2am. Andre kept the bar going and even at 2am he didn’t rush us out! The “after-party” was perfect with a midnight buffet. There was more than enough to eat! My wife hosted my Master Graduation Party in the Revere Grill. We had a little mix up in the beginning with my wife and my communication which caused us both to arrive late. Our guest were already there. Issue was we had all the decorations with us. We parked the car and I turned around and the wait staff was right there to help us carry everything inside. They helped my wife set up the tables. Mike was behind the bar entertaining the guest until we had everyone sit down. Andre made sure everything was perfect and got my wife to calm down. When she saw the food coming out and how perfect everything was she was so happy. The guest are still talking about the food and how much of it there was. Next we have my mother-in-law’s retirement party coming up. I know Andre will help my wife plan something really memorable for her. Cannot wait to see this event! This is definitely a place if you want to have a great event to consider! They have some great packages, and will work with you to create your own if necessary. They are just really considerate to budgets and needs. Cannot say enough good things about Andre and his family. We are really lucky to have gotten to know them through each of our events. Andre, Erin and the staff at the Hamilton Manor are amazing!

I cannot say enough good things about the Hamilton Manor! Memorial Day 2011 I had my wedding at the Hamilton Manor. My wedding was picture perfect. I had NOTHING to worry about every detail was taken care of. I am an absolute control freak and with Erin and Andre helping me out with everything I was so relaxed the day of my wedding. People are still talking about the wedding even a year later. Actually it started before the wedding, even in the planning process I was having so much fun working with them. Erin and Andre didnt add any stress to the process at all. Whenever I wanted to see the place I was more than welcome to come over and talk to them. If I was concerned about anything I could email or call them. They worked everything out to make things perfect for me. So the big day came and I walked in and saw the ballroom. I was so amazed how they had it decorated. It was all done without me worrying. My cocktail hour was held in the Cellar Lounge and was beautifully decorated. The food was wonderful for dinner and I loved my ice cream buffet. I also arranged for after the wedding to have an "after party." Andre helped me set everything up to have a dueling piano show. When the wedding was finished everything was set up in the basement again without me worrying. Everything that day was flawless. I highly recommend getting married here. Sunday May 20th I had a Masters Graduation Party for my husband. Andre worked everything out with me and the party was amazing. I had it in the Revere Grill Restaurant. Even though there was another event going on you would have thought we were the most important people there. They definitely make you feel like your event is the most important! The food was amazing and the bar served great drinks! Another great tasty addition to the party was the Sangria that was homemade!!! I actually arrived late and the servers actually came out to help me! I was so surprised to see them. They were so helpful as well as polite. Coming up on May 3, 2013 I am having a retirement party for my mother and 2 other teachers. Andre has been working with me to plan the party. He is fabulous! There are not enough good things to say about him. He’s working everything out and keeps in touch with me to let me know details and updates. I know this will be such a special event for the 3 teachers! I have no doubts or concerns this event will also be perfect! My husband and I often go to dinner at the Hamilton Manor. I LOVE the atmosphere of the Revere Grill (one of the reasons I chose it for the grad party). I love how you can sit and have a conversation and no one rushes you. You dont feel like you have to inhale the food and get out because youre not wanted. You can sit and relax without feeling pressured. The wait staff is super friendly and if youre like me and want to change the order they are so flexible!!! They also have fantastic events! Two of my favorites were Rag Doll and the Scotch Tasting. It is so nice to have a local place to be able to go and have events like this! Again I cannot say enough good things about the Hamilton Manor and the staff. Love working with them!!!

Update. Just spoke with a representative from the Hamilton Manor regarding my issue and she was very polite and understanding. I didnt realize there was a policy in place that if you open a tab a $50 hold is placed on the card and within 24 hours the correct amount should be taken out. She also went as far as to ask me how I thought this could be resolved for future patrons. Our end result was to notify party pocs ahead of time so that this particular piece of information is known in advance. Again this was just a lapse in communication and Id definitely go back to the Hamilton Manor. Ive been here twice and things have always been great in regards to service, food, atmosphere, etc. Tonight however I bought two drinks at the bar and checked my bank and saw they took $50. I know I didnt ask for 14k gold to be thrown in them and I called to get it straightened out but no one answered the phone so I left a message. There could be an explanation for this so for now Ill rate it 3 stars. Lets see how they handle this issue.
