IF I COULD GIVE NO STAS I WOULD! I had one of the worse experiences last Saturday. I was denied a service from the wait staff there "because of the way I looked from the time I came in to the place": those were the words of my waitress Carla# 48. I had 2 drinks from there and they were the Happy Hour drinks which we al know is measured to little to nothing of alcohol. I asked her how can she assume something about me from two drinks and I had my girlfriend with me who was the driver. so I was denied my other drink and then I asked for the manager Mrs. Balinski, which then told me she cant over ride what her waitress has said. I couldnt believe this I was so shocked and my night was ruined so I just asked for her name and then she gave me the district managers name as well which he was not even involved with the matter. Mrs. Balinski told me that there staff is trained in this, so I thought to myself if she was so trained in the matter she would have not speculated that I was a driver of a vehicle and would have observed more and knew that the person who had one drink and nothing more than that was the driver of the vehicle. This place had a bar group full of people as I was first coming in there who were wasted as a group and Im sure they had more than 2 drinks, this was a shocking moment and Im still waiting for head quarters to give me a call in this matter. 2 weeks have gone by. If I could give no stars I would

I WOULDNT EVEN give this place ONE STAR but unfortunately to write a review Im forced to give them a star. Will never back here. Customer service was horrible. I sat at the bar a bartender said hi quietly asked if I was ready to order even when i didnt have a menu, so I asked for a menu. And sat there for 20 mins watching other people get served drinks before me. Im pretty sure they knew each other therefore they got served first (referring to girls next me and 3 or 4 dudes). Also I sat first before these girls and the dudes. So the few girls sat right next to me and they got greeting right away also got there drink order in right away then of course their wine came fast. So 10 mins later 3 or 4 dudes sat at the bar and got their their beers right away as I sat there with no drink. I waited very patently and watched everyone being served their drinks. So after 20 mintues i just got up and left. Ill take my business somewhere else. FYI: they were not even busy. I see why now. Disappointed. I have been there numerous times but This was the second time Ive been there and the bartenders had zero customer service. They lost my business. I do not recommend this place. Absolutely no customer service!

I visited this location on a business trip with some collegues and we thought that since it is close to the hotel, it would be the best option. Unfortunately, it was a long time to order. The waitress walked around looking busy but no plates, full or empty, were in hand. No drinks either. We thought perhaps she was just a busybody. She didnt even clear the dirty tables that were around us. We ordered and it took nearly 25 minutes to get our food after ordering. Bottomless drinks were refilled once. When the food came, I could tell the fries sat under the heat lamp for quite some time before being served, which was unfortunate because they would have been awesome fresh out of the oil. The burger was outstanding. I am guessing they dont know how to time the cooking of the fries to match the cook time of the burger. That combined with the lack of table service made it worse. The rest of my group had similar thoughts. Those of us who will visit from out of town will choose one of the many other wonderful options a few more minutes away instead of this. I put an extra star for the great burger.

TGI Fridays is a reliable place for food, always has specials running, and great place to relax. Pros: Menu choices, Reliable, Friendly Cons: None, depending on your expectations After a long day at work, walking next door from my hotel to TGI Fridays is always an easy option. The food is good and very reliable. The menu is vast and there is something for everyone. I usually get a salad and I have been surprised by how good and flavorful they are. They always have specials, food and drink, and maybe recently (dont quote me), they have lower priced, small, less calorie options in the back of the menu. Still the same menu item, just smaller and less $. TGI Fridays is not fine dining so level set your expectations. it is a family oriented, mish mash of American-ish menu items, with a friendly staff. Tons of T.Vs to watch sports and very fast take out process. I would recommend for something easy, fast, and reliable

I only gave it one Star because I cant write a review without giving it a star. Anyway, I took 3 children and my girlfriend and had a waitress named "Patch" push alcoholic drinks after saying that Ill have a diet coke 3 times- besides the fact that Im driving kids! One meal was messed up and when it finally came back with what we ordered, she didnt even ask how anything was or ask if anyone needed a drink! So all five of us had to eat our dinners with no drinks since she was nowhere to be found! I live close by and have eaten here numerous times over the years and its been in steady decline recently. This experience was the nail in the coffin. The managers idea of winning us over was a free appetizer coupon. Whoopie! I guess if I run outta toilet paper they might come in handy!

The experience I had was mediocre. Tips for waiters, speak up so the customers can hear you. When we ask if a particular item is spicy, comment if other items of the dish are spicy... we probably want to know. Dont drop our food off and never come back, this isnt a diner. We dont need refills when were done wih dinner, but having them when were parched and our mouths are on fire from the spicy food is important. When you drop off the check for the first and last time, say thank you and wish us a great evening, dont drop and go without even looking at us. Dont expect 20% tip with this kind of service. And please, clean the bathroom!!! Having excrement all over the seat is disgusting, especially when your employees see it and do nothing about it. At least tell someone.

Very disappointed. Our dinner was ruined. We were promptly seated by the hostess, then waited 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. The restaurant was less than half full, but several servers walked by and ignored us. I finally asked one of the waiters if this was his table and he said No and walked away. Later, I finally got to order my favorite Sam Adams Lager beer. After a long delay, the waiter returned with a "orange fruity" beer. When I explained the error, he blamed the bartender. We decided NOT to order food because of all the delays and problems. The manager offered us a free appetizer on our return visit. After spending over an hour there, we finally went to McDonalds for dinner. I only hope the manager reads this.....
