TRASH TRASH TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE! NO MANNERS WHAT SO EVER! IM ASTONISHED A RESTAURANT WOULD HAVE SOMEONE LIKE THIS ON THEIR STAFF! Im NOT a fan of this place. The customer service is GARBAGE. I REALLY wanted to take my four kids/myself to eat here because I had heard ok reviews, so I called the phone number from the website, and I POLITLEY asked the lady, " how much for an adult? And she responds, "right now? Well its going to be 7.50." Which I respond, " ok thank you, how much would it be for 4 children under 8 years old?" To which she then says ," I dont know lady, figure it out, DO THE MATH, its 60 cents per year." She was VERY RUDE and VERY unprofessional. She COMPLETLEY turned me off from this place and I refused to go after that phone conversation. AWFUL TERRRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. GET YOUR STAFF IN CHECK FORTUNE BUFFET. SIMPLE MANNERS ARE NOT THAT HARD TO COME BY. I AM SO LIVID, I had to log onto my google account to put in a complaint, which by the way, I have NEVER had to do before for a restaurant. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE, FORTUNE BUFFET SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HIRING RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL STAFF THAT SPEAK TO PAYING CUSTOMERS THIS WAY! I HAVE SPREAD THIS LIKE WILD FIRE TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY OF THE DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS PLACE.

I dont get what all the hype is about, my family and friends always keep dragging me over here. I love Chinese food, but I extremely hate this place. There is very little variety of food available and they even cut back on the good sushi for the dinner buffet only. They always have loads of customers so I find myself having to wait to get a table. With that, I still manage to get cold and/or stale food every time I visit. The food also lacks flavor. I believe the only reason this place thrives is because of its location. It appears to be near a retirement community because majority of its customers are senior citizens. The place is completely overrated. They even keep large fish inside of a tiny tank for display. Seriously put them in a pond or a larger tank, youre just torturing these poor fish. Also after reading other reviews, the sushi guy really does push hard for a tip. Its extremely annoying and makes getting sushi really unpleasant when what is being offered isnt great in the first place. They very rarely make some good sushi. The hibachi also wasnt very appetizing either, it lacked flavor like everything else and the guy seemed like he was frustrated like he didnt want to make the food for me.

My fiance and i went here the other night and had a horrible experience, We arrived around 6:30pm and there was a bit of a wait which was ok with us. When we got seated it took about 20 mins to get our first drink. The food was cold and had a bad taste to it no matter what we got and we also hear other people complaining about the taste as well, We went to the sushi bar and passed on that due to it looking like it had been sitting out for the past week, poor color and smelled rotten. Tried the food at the wok and food was just as bad if not worse. mushy and gross. We went back to our seats and asked for 2 more drinks which took another 10 mins and when they came back there was a straw wrapper in the coke and food crumbs in the ice tea. When we asked to speak to the waiter and manager we were told no manager here we must leave now...... DO NOT GO HERE THIS PLACE IS DIRTY AND HORRIBLE SERVICE WITH WORSE MANAGEMENT

My fiancee and I love going to different Chinese buffets, but this one here is very good! A little crowded during evening hours and it seems to me that most of the locals like to come here for dinner. The food was hot and delicious compared to most Chinese buffets where the food is warm or cold. They had a bigger selection of sushi and also of dessert as well. They have televisions all over the premises so guests could watch the news. The service though was mediocre. You have to speak loudly to the staff so they could hear you, and they have a hard time finding a table until they find someone else to find a table for you. They have busboys to clear the tables making it easier for the staff to get around. Overall, I truly do like this buffet, if only it wasnt too far away from where I live. I highly recommend this place to anyone if they want a buffet that the food comes out hot!!!

Have been going here at least once a month for 7 years, for dinner. As time has gone on, its quality and replenishing food has gone down hill, so I needed to make a comment. About a month ago, there was very little food in the trays of the popular items. When I paid my check, I mentioned it to the cashier, who claimed to be owner, and she just shrug her shoulders. Went for lunch one day the same thing, low quantity of food. Had dinner tonight, the same thing, very low on crab legs, and other popular items. I was there for 45 minutes, no crab legs asked for crab legs, just looked at me. Another couple complained about the crab legs, and they did nothing. I would like to say, it wasnt very crowded, that caused the low food quantity. Once, ok. Its an exception, but two dinners and a lunch, shows a pattern. I would like to comment, that the Mongolian bq, was good.

As an avid chinese buffet enthusiast, I would say this establishment is okay. I have a current temp position down the street and my colleagues and I ate here for lunch. I sampled many of the shrimp dishes, as well as the classics (chicken w/broc, lo mien, rice, ice cream, beef and their hibachi bar). Overall the food was any where from okay to slightly awkward tasting when comparing to other chinese buffets. The price was good, and the atmosphere was average. The hibachi bar was very well supplied and they offer a lot of sauce choices compared to other places. The staff was friendly and prompt to clean up dishes on your table. To conclude, this was a very average buffet, I would not rush to it again but I would be okay to dine there again.

I went on Sunday for takeout, the website and the store prices are Sushi/Seafood $6.99 per pound the younger woman (I assume part of ownership) was trying to gouge me $11.99 per pound! As we argued over the price and wasnt sure what the exact price per pound was while I was in the store, but she still charged me $8.99 per pound. I WAS a 4 times a week customer because I am a believer of local business support we have computer business locally and we were in the same plaza as them BUT that is the last time ill be in there- I bought 3 pounds of food I paid $6 dollars extra, I dont think the $6 you made will cover the $200 lost every month. Enjoy it well.

This place is horrible, i went herea couple of years ago and my experience wasnt all that bad. Icame back just last week, they dont have much variety of food and the service is just horrible. The guy whose collecting dirty plates by the name of Andy is very rude, he gave us the bill without us asking for it like he want us to leave already. We arent even done eating and we havent even stayed for about 30 mins. And he kept looking at our table like hes watching what we are eating.. DO NOT COME HERE, take your money somewhere else.
