October 2nd 2016 at 7:41pm I placed an order online for the grilled cheese pizza,stuffed garlic knots,and Hawaiian boneless chicken wings....The delivery guy didnt arrive until 9pm (1 hour and 20 minutes later) after the order was placed.To my thinking I was assuming because of the timing being sooooooooo long ,that the food was going to be "AMAZING" ....WRONG!!! Every single piece of food was COLD.The cheese inside the crust wasnt even melted anymore..(cold cheese=nasty)....The cheese inside the garlic knots was hard and the Hawaiian chicken wings were cold as well...Dont get me wrong the food had good flavor..(Probably because I was just really hungry)...but between the extremely long wait and the cold ass food ,This will be the last time I order from the pizza Hut in Saddle brook NJ....I gave the guy $3 tip because he took so long...but after the food being soo cold...I realized I shouldve given him 50cents for atleast taking the drive.(Shaking My head) worst experience ever.This Pizza Hut is lucky they are getting 1 star on this review because they deserve no stars.

I tried to place an order with these guys after a different local Pizza Hut wouldnt answer the phone. Its good to mention that both of the Pizza Huts are literally the same exact distance from me. Theyre just in different directions. They took my order for delivery and after I told them where I live they told me they will not deliver there. I explained to them the problem with the other store not picking up the phone (at all!) and I also told them that I live the same distance from both of them. The girl I was talking to just told me that they will not deliver to me and I have to deal with the other Pizza Hut. No matter how much I (nicely) explained myself they just were completely unwilling to work with me. This is a terrible experience Ive had in a customer relations department in a way I never expected. Same on you, Pizza Hut (both of the ones local to me).

This place use to be so nice when they use to have when I was a hot Pizza Hut kids pins that you would get stars on the pins and depending on how many you got from school you got a free pizza the pizzas arent as great as they use to be its sad how the friendly kid place Pizza Hut use to be more magically salad was decent u would come here for you kids now its like these chain pizza huts are a sumo and a discrace I for one would never step foot in a Pizza Hut ever again I mean this kid Chris is a young kid cute but hey needs maybe a customer service skill Im went in I work as a EMT so I didnt get any bad service but I can see the joking around isnt very professional needs a talk by ownership or by the org CEO of this dump

Crappy Service. Ordered two pies and waited half hour. Waiter comes with one pie and says that they accidentally gave my other pizza to another table. That took another 15 minutes. Once I received our second pizza, the waiter never came to check up on us again. I had to go up to the counter to ask for refills of our drinks. Then I had to go up to the counter again to ask for To-Go boxes and pay my check. Horrible service. Everyone else in the dinning area seemed annoyed and upset too. Another couple had to yell across the room to get their waiters attention for drink refills. Meanwhile they were all at the front counter chatting away. This was my first and last time visiting this location. Save your money!

Food always arrives cold it never fails, how is it possible to arrive cold when your delivering the food 5 mins away from the restaurant. And theres always something missing, or incorrect. even after I have them repeat the order. Seriously you guys need new staff who are capable of taking and sending out orders correctly, I understand a mistake here and there but every single time is unacceptable. And when asked how will we be compensated for the inconvenience nothing is offered until u ask to speak with a manager.. Not even an apology from the so called "manager" the delivery guy was more apologetic then the actual restaurant manager. Step it up pizza hut...

Order was ready to pick up within specified times and was prepared as requested. All looked and tasted good. During pick up I observed the restaurant to be clean and organized as well as the environment was welcoming, although I should point out the the floor was kind of sticky, but no strange odors were perceived. I did not use the restroom so I could not comment on it. Looks like there was only 2 individuals working at the time I went (lunch time on a Friday ) and they looked busy with orders but this did not delay them nor the attitude was affected...they were very courteous and friendly. Overall a great experience and will surely shop there again

This is the second time i am having a problem about delivering. I just wanted to give them a chance. Did not work! When i ordered pizza from website it says delivery will take 1 hours 20 minutes. I called that place after i ordered to make sure about that time! They said it will be there in 20-30 minutes. I said okay. After talked i expect my delivery in 30 minutes. I am still waiting my order and it has been already one hour and 40 minutes. I called them to try to cancel my order and they said no! I never expect this bad service from Pizza Hut. ever never. No pizza anymore from Pizza Hut.

I live about 1/2 mile from here. After waiting an hour for my delivery i decided to call. I was put on hold for about 5 minutes and then the guy that picked up said the delivery guy left with my order over 20 minutes ago and that theres traffic. I waited another 20 minutes and called back and was on hold for 7 minutes before i saw the delivery guy finally show up. My pizza box was crushed and 1/4 of the cheese was stuck to the cardboard lid, also my pizza was no longer hot, the cheese was not melty at all. The delivery guy didnt even apologize. Never ordering from this location again.

The worst experience in the world. The service was slow as hell. But you cant complain otherwise the 19 yr old store manager "Chris" will call cops on you. Now I know why it is kid friendly because bunch of kids are running it or pretend to run it by standing and BSing behind the counter. I think the other local guides who have rated it 3 or 4 stars might be some how related to the store owner. No wonder pizza hut posted 2% same store sells decline. The service sucks Chris and the other kids should be fired or trained on customer service.

Order placed 8:25 ...currently 9:41 still no pizza...decided didnt even want it anymore ...had multiple time problems before but not this bad usually just 45 min ...anyways clintons a great worker and this waitress With R name didnt catch it dark hair shes good too (too bad she wasnt our waitress only assisted us because the other one mustve been too scared to let us know we were waiting like jackasses for pizza that wasnt going to come)...long story short never coming back so dont have to worry Update: Rosie shes a good employee
