I do not understand why or how anyone can mess up orders when its on a screen in front of your ugly face.. "Signature recipe" just like how papa pizzahut used to make it in the old country... I will never go to this place again. I ordered a big dinner box today (3 medium pans) I drove through the "snow" which is hardly an inch and its melting to get the box which was 30 dollars due to the toppings.. Came home to see one of the pizzas is missing the most obvious topping in their "restaurant" spinach leaves and red peppers. I call to ask for another pie delivered he tells me the delivery driver wont be there due to snow for another 2 hours. How does a tiny pizza hut on one of the busiest streets in fair lawn not have a delivery driver when the snow hasnt even accumulated to an inch? Thanks for Double the inconvenience and none of the service... I highly suggest everyone to never eat from this crap hole again. It should be shut down for how dirty and how terrible the service is. Chris the manager says whatever he can to avoid doing his job. Maybe because hes a manager at a pizza hut. Theres a dominos 100 ft away Or you could order at any of the other REAL pizza places in town.

Honestly, Pizza Hut is my favorite pizza chain. However, I have to write this bad review for the Fair Lawn, NJ franchise. My experience was absolutely horrifying. The store manager has no respect for her customers; its appalling. I am at a loss as to how she ended up with that position. I searched on the website for the store that would deliver to my house. The website gave me the Fair Lawn location and phone number. I called to place my order and she would not take it. She said they wouldnt deliver to my house even though her store is assigned to deliver to Paterson. She was very rude. She wouldnt do anything to help me out at all. She wouldnt even let me speak and hung up on me. Ive never had such a bad experience anywhere, especially not to the point where Ive felt compelled to write a bad review. They really need to work on their customer service skills. I ended up calling corporate and they were more than helpful.

When I got there, the four people behind the counter rearranged the cups and counted the money in the register for ten minutes before looking up, obviously hoping I would leave. I called my order in 30 minutes prior and was given a pickup time. I was on time and the counter person said he didnt yet get around to putting my order in and that once he got around to it, it would take 25 minutes. No wonder these places are closing.

I once received an order from this Pizza Hut and it wasnt bad. It struck me as strange that it took nearly a hour and a half to make and deliver two pizzas a mile and a half away. But, overall, I was satisfied. Ive called them multiple times since and they never pick up the phone. This is annoying at best because the other local Pizza Hunt tells me I need to order from this one. What a pain!

Pizz pore attitud. They have really really bad service and they are dirty people that dont have there long hair back I walked in and a girl had skinny jeans on and a short cut shirt hair not put back. A guy was out back having a cigarette with the back door to the kitchen open. They all just have a pizz pore attitude and dont care about anythin. THEY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN.

Hopeless! Ordered pizza at 9:45 showed delivery time at 10:20. Got a call from store at 10:30 pm saying they have only one driver who is busy and wanted me to pick up . Was expecting more from a company of this standard. Have to sleep hungry tonite. THANKS PIZZA HUT ! Honestly dominos service is much faster and better. Sad cause I liked the Pizza Hut taste better.

This store deserves a -5 star review. Worst damn customer service I have ever experiencdd in my life. They have some disrespectful, immature asses on staff. Never will I order from this damn store again. Called to speak with the manager and all she could say was "sorry". If I did not have morals, I would swing at all three of them with a bat. Smh ridiculous.

Whatever you Do, DO NOT get deliveries from this particular store. Takes 2 hours for a delivery to get to you, and the food is stone cold as well as tasting like it was sitting on the counter overnight. Go somewhere else to pick up PIzza Hut. Deliveries are not worth it. Worst service too, if you call them about your order. Stay away!

Ordered last night which was friday night at 11:25 for the pizza with the cheese rolls as a crust and wings called at 11:50 to see if it was coming they said should be here any minute ... never arrived happened 2 months ago as well done with pizza hut

Deff not worth ordering from they take Almost an hour and a half to deliver 1 pie and breadsticks. The Dominos next to them is better all the way around and it takes less then a half hour to get to my house and the food is HOT not cold like pizza hut

Horrible! The cashier went from handling the money from us to making the pizza in front of us without washing his hands or wearing gloves. Absolutely disgusting. Didnt get the order right after we repeated the order a million times. Bunch of retards.

This location is on Rte 4 W/Broadway, next to H&R block. Its black awning that cant even tell its a pizza hut. What happened to the red awning? Pizza was ok. for the $10 better to support the locals instead of the franchises. your choice.

When you order from Pizza Hut or any other similar franchise, you pretty much know what youre getting. My food was ready as soon as I got there and it was still warm by the time I brought it home. I guess I cant really ask for more.

This place is hit or miss. Sometimes my pizza is great and sometimes its awful so I guess its luck of the draw who is working at the time. Usually quick pick up. Nothing special about the service.

Bad expriencie...I made my order at 10:25pm When I arrived at the store at 11 p.m., the pizza was not ready (made).So I stayed 30 minutes more.The pizza wasnt good...The sauce was very bad.

Food is consistent with the chain. Location is very easy to miss as the town doesnt allow perpendicular signage. There are no tables for dining in.
