If I could give no stars I would. I ordered 5 pies and 16 wings and paid extra for 3 Blue cheeses. I waited an hour and a half for this all to be made and walked a few blocks to pick it up. I almost walked out without my soda because the lady in the front forget it in the order. She was taking her time trying to do something as simple as process my payment. When I got home there was no blue cheese for the wings, & I paid $65 for my order so I would expect it to be correct. I called and asked if they could send someone to deliver the blue cheese because I was home with family, which is why I ordered so much food, and it was an inconvenience for me to leave again to go pick it up. I was maybe 3 minutes away from them. The first lady on the phone told me it would be an hour & a half for them to deliver 3 BLUE CHEESES ! so I requested to speak to a manager, who assured me someone would be here in a few minutes. 35 minutes went by and there was nothing so I called again. I was passed around, put on hold for over 5 mins each time, and hung up on about 7 times. I got so upset and requested a manager & to not be put on hold because I was sure I would be ignored anyways. In this hour that I was calling over & over and being ignored, the driver called me to ask for the address to bring the blue cheese, which I provided to the manager who assured they would be here in a few minutes, over an hour ago. I said no, after more then an hour of my wings sitting out, we didnt want to eat them anymore. Finally, a manager spoke to me and I requested a refund for the blue cheese and wings that we did not touch. He then offered me credit for my next order ... WHY WOULD I NEED CREDIT TO A PLACE I HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT & WOULDNT WANT TO ORDER FROM AGAIN? I thought that was the silliest offer ever. I turned the offer down and told them I want it put back on my card & of coarse I was on hold for another 10-15 mins for such a simple procedure. I dont know if its new management or that the workers truly could care less about their jobs but how hard could it be to provide good service at a pizza place ? Their not selling gold .. Completely dissatisfied.

Just like other reviews here, I have been ordering pizza hut for 15 years all over the world and this place is the worst I have ever experienced. Ordered my pizza at 11:37 am online and the expected delivery time was 12:07 pm. I waited until 12:35 pm and called the store. The phone rang for about 2 minutes but no one answered so I thought the store was closed. This lady picks up the phone at very last minute and speaks very unfriendly. I asked her if my pizza is coming and wanted some kind of an explanation why its coming late but only thing she says is, "5 to 10 minutes". I was clearly able to feel that she didnt want to talk to me and I also didnt want to talk to a clerk with such attitude. I got my pizza at 12:55 pm, opened the pizza and it was cold so I had to heat it up in microwave (first time in my life putting fresh pizza in microwave). As I was about to pick up the second piece, I saw a narrow thing sticking out of my slice. At first, I thought it was cheese melted narrowly but as I pulled it out, I was shocked to see super long hair of a lady. I didnt feel like eating anymore so threw out the whole pizza. I promise I will never order from this place again and they should know that there are other pizza franchises with better qualities. I highly recommend you to order Dominos or Papa Johns if you are going to order from this Pizza Hut, since other franchises have very friendly customer service mind and high quality pizzas.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE~!!!! I should have read the online reviews before ordering from this garbage place. The service was sooooo bad that I decided to leave a bad rating online, then realized that I wasnt the only one who experienced this frustration. I ordered my pizza for delivery, and they told me that it will take 40 minutes... *40 minutes later*... no pizza, *1 hour later*.... I was upset, *1 hour 30 minutes later*.... I get a call asking me what apartment number I live in. I already told them TWICE when I placed my order. They DONT LISTEN and DONT CARE. He asked me for my address twice on the phone and he even repeated back to me correctly too. When I got my pizza, it was STALE and COLD. Yes, it was COLD. Im like sooooo upset right now. This is beyond my tolerance level. The funny thing is that they even made a mistake on my drink order. I didnt want to give him any tip at all, but decided to tip something to be "considerate." Then the delivery boy gets upset on me knowing the fact that it took him 1.5 hours. ALSO, please be aware that this place CHARGE $2 FOR DELIVERY. Its NOT FREE. So dont feel obligated to give them a generous tip thinking that it was free delivery.

I live near by and always order there or even sit in.... what i saw tonight at 8pm was unacceptable and unprofessional there were only one girl working the place was dirty... and the 2 cashiers (it appears they had relationship) were kissing in front of people in the corner where it seems the camera on top doesnt catch them also the phone was ringing and no one was picking it up... but thats not all there were another couple doing the same thing inside the kitchen!!!.... you call this a customer service? cannot they wait until they get off work.. but kissing in front of the people?? thats very stupid thing to do.. where is the manager or the supervisor??? this place is getting worst to worst.... i would fire all of them and hire professionals... or at least some who are really working and not playing around... those who are working right now they dont care they are high school students.... i will call the manager and report this too... because this is bad for the business and if manager does not do anything ill call the pizza hut management.... fire all of them...

This Pizza Hut cannot be related to the other ones. This has to be some third party that stole all the logos and food. If Mr. Pizza Hut was still alive today...he would not have endorsed this particular branch. You could probably walk to the Dominos about a third of a mile away, order it, have it made, and bring it home...all before this Pizza Hut answers your phone. Ive been in there and Ive seen it. 2-3 teeny boppers talking about gossip at the front counter while the phone rings and they ignore it. If you get your pizza delivered to you in under an hour, you should play lottery because it is your lucky day. If youre really in the mood to punish yourself, why dont you sit down and eat in? In my 25 years on this planet I cant think of a single restaurant/establishment that is unanimously 1 star worthy, but Ive found my winner. If youre in the mood to prank one of your friends, bring them here for a birthday or something and watch the magic take place.
