I have never written a review on my life but everyone needs to stay away from this place. They overcharged me... $16 for a 6 piece chicken tender meal with no drink??? The chicken was terrible.. I wanted to try the Nashville chicken and it was just regular chicken with a few squeeze lines of very concentrated mix, it was inedible. The macaroni and cheese was brown throughout with certain areas of almost black.. Completely disgusting. I wish I had gone to burger king. I wish I could post pictures.

Awful , service , I was told there would be no ice in my drink, then asked is that ok ? After I had ordered in the drive threw and paid . Hmmm I asked if it would be cold . She said ahhh just a little lol . There was no sign at the order window so I couldnt see the meals I had no idea what to order ...Ill be going to arbys across the street for the rest of my life lol where are the very least Im sure my drink wont be hot and Ill be able to look at a menu

Last time I went here they forgot to give me my card back and I drove off without it. I had to come back during the work day to get it. This time my food was just warm. Like it had been sitting there in the warmer for a while. I even substituted an item from my normal meal and that was just warm enough to eat. I rarely go here and these experiences are the reasons why.

Customer service was horrible i had to wait several minutes for help when all i wanted was dipping sauce. No smiles no proper greetings. Although food was hot it was not what i ordered. Also i felt that the quality of the chicken was not amazing. It was hard and chewy the bisket tasted days old the best part of this meal was the coleslaw. I will not be returning.

This place gives KFC a bad name! Who "manages" this restaurant? The orders are consistently messed up and they never give the cookie that comes with the meals. Inside service is slow and the tables are dirty, but no one is eating inside, so how hard is it to keep empty tables wiped? I give 2 stars because the food is good, but the service stinks.

I do not usually expect much when going to any fast food place, but I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food here. With the wild loops off of the expressway to make this stop, we almost turned around and headed further towards home to look for something else. I am glad we didnt.

not bad, but popeyes is coming soon to the rockaway shoprite. actually the shoprite itself has some pretty awesome fried chicken and the thighs and legs are a dollar a piece(!) go try them out first.

Food is good when they get my order right. Wont go again. Customer service is below par. Woman walked away at check out when I asked for my drink and never came back.

Not clean. Floor is sticky and its not the first time. Tray was so greasy I needed a napkin to hold it. Chicken tenders were tiny pieces of coating, no chicken.
