I frequent this particular location regularly and usually receive fantastic service. Recently, I experienced appalling service- I was cursed at by one of the workers for politely reminding him to add an item that he had forgotten to my order (no less in front of two of my students and other customers). I promptly contacted Starbucks, spoke with the regional manager, and received a callback from the manager at this branch. Additionally, there is a gift card of some sort on its way- something I definitely do not want. This individual should have been fired, no questions ask- but it looks like he is still working there. I will no longer be frequently this location. Thank you.

I walked here after I dropped off my car for maintenance this morning. Theres plenty of seating for whatever you fancy. Theres a large table that can seat 6 for board games and study session, a few smaller tables for more intimate discussions, and single seaters for newspaper/book reading. Theres also plenty of outlets for you to charge your devices. There was a lot of traffic for people getting their java fix this morning but at no point it felt crowded here. I found my spot to kill time people watching. The people at the autoshop doesnt like me staring at them,

Its Starbucks, what more can you say. Not my favorite coffee. I find it burnt and bitter and nearly everyone I ask says the same, so what makes this place so popular? They do offer a place to go to relax and use the Internet, which is very valuable to those that need it, but not the place I would go for a cup of expensive, coffee I dont like. McDonalds serves a better cup, albeit without the cafe ambience.

The gentlemen at the counter make it. Always positive, never pushy. And those who make the coffee - equally as pleasant. My one piece of advice for someone coming to this location, dont fight the parking directly in front - park down by Walgreens and walk the 30 ... So much easier.

A nice normal run of the mill Starbucks. The only drawback is the draft that comes through sometimes during the colder months. Good comfy seating and an awesome staff make this place cozy and nice, though.

Barista Kevins on the ball. I just saw him flawlessly handle a line almost out the door, in about 15 minutes. About 20 customers. About one customer in less than a minute.
