Out of several sandwiches yesterday on my visit, my return trip home from White Plains. This might have happened previously. Must say, my coffee was better than the Westchester Starbucks at the mall in White Plains.

One woman staff was very bossy behaviour and the cafe frappuccino she made was terribe!It was not a frozen,JUST iced cafe.And the taste was weird!I threw it out soon.I think she is horrible.

Average for a Starbucks, friendly staff, can have a long line at times being that interstate rest area sometimes have busses and such. Not positive about the hours, but they do open at 6am.

These guys need some more training on how to make their drinks. We ordered on several occasions different lattes and they all were tasteless. Very dissapointing.
